It’s really helping the bacterial overload in my mouth too. I just put 1/2 tsp straight in my mouth and let it dissolve. If I have to eat off schedule, it keeps me from the mental burden caused from that. I can get depressed very easily due to poor digestion and this probiotic stops it from coming.. praise God! Oh, and sometimes I’ll take two servings back to back. It just works so quickly that I know my body needs it and it works fast!

The media could not be loaded. I'm happy with this probiotic. I bought it to help deal with gum issues, and to help feed my good mouth bacteria. It comes with a scoop for exact measurement. It's tastes good actually. There's not much flavor, but almost a slight sweetness. Once I put it on my tongue, my mouth begins to salivate and it feels warm like it's activating. Then I swish it around with my tongue all over my gums, until it's all gone. It seems to be a great quality product.I suggest keeping it sealed and in a dry place, so it doesn't cake and activate by moisture. I've had no issue with this.It's still early to tell, but I can say that my gums have not been bleeding and I'm very happy about that, especially knowing my mouth is happier.I've been using it mostly before bedtime, though I'm considering to use it during the day too.I've switched to a super soft toothbrush, do tongue scraping and use xylitol after meals. This is my new protocol for healthier gums. I do recommend this product and seller.

I'm taking this for it's numerous health benefits...after reading a scientific article that found it heals tight juntions in the intestines. It also helps with fatty liver, weight loss, and it even stems sugar cravings in mice! After finishing my first bag, I can't comment about the status of my tight junctions, but I have lost 7 lbs in the past 2 months without effort. I add it to my oatmeal in the morning, along with psyllium.

The media could not be loaded. Posting video of bag right after opening. It’s not as much as I expected. The directions say to put one scoop in a glass of water and drink on empty stomach 1-2 hrs prior to or after a meal. I chose to start out with adding it to my yogurt instead. I did half a scoop to start. I also added a little to my toothpaste. Will update post after a week to let you know if I feel or notice a difference in any way

Heard about this product somewhere and was sceptical but I love it! Goodbye dry mouth and I feel my mouth the bacteria improving has improved not just how it feels but my whole digestive system! I just put little in my cheek or gums and go to sleep. Its awesome

It was suppose to taste a bit sweet but it tasted opposite. A bit sour like off milk. Bought some from store and actually tastes a bit sweet and a bit milky taste
