Does what it's meant to do. I'd suggest letting it soak in hot soapy water and then rinsing it a bunch before use.

The opening of the bulb is too small so you can can't clean and sterilize it for repeated use. Air can't get in the tiny opening to dry it out either so moisture n contaminants stay trapped. There are better ones available for easy cleaning.
