Nice little camera with grey polarising lenses. The video and stills from it are all right as well.

In addition, there is a lens wipe cloth and a USB lead for charging. The glasses themselves have a soft-feel surface and the lenses are neutral density polarising filters. The distance between the body of the arms is 13cm, between the tips of the arms is 10cm and the arm length is around 14cm. The camera lens and sensor is mounted right between your eyes on the nose bridge, making them mirror symmetrical. The electronics and connectivity is all in the right arm of the glasses. On the bottom is a push button that you use for controlling it - press it to turn the glasses on and then short press it to take still photographs with the same resolution as the video - 1920x1080 pixels. In addition to the push button, there is a rubber flap that, when you pull it open, reveals a USB C socket through which you charge the glasses and also transfer data. On a UNIX-based system, the memory capacity of the glasses appears as 29.7GiB which would be expressed as 32GB on some systems. The memory is not in the form of a separate TF card that you can take out because, even though they are so small, they are still too big for this application. In the file system, the DCIM directory has within it two directories tabelled 'MOVIE' and 'PHOTO' which are self-explanatory. The video files are .mov files divided into lengths of 10 minutes, each occupying around 937MB. The photographs are jpeg files with a size of roughly 139kB to 306kB, depending upon how compressible the data within the image is.The image quality of the video files seems to be fairly good and superficially, the still images are as well. However, on closer examination, there is a fair amount of edge enhancement although the image does appear to be genuinely 1920x1080 pixels with no evidence at all of upscaling.
Not worth buying but they were vaguely interesting and I'm still keen on AR or smart glasses
I found these too hard to use to make any sense. As an example I want to click a button to take a photo. I want to easily be able to switch video on and know I've done it. None of this made complete sense to me and I can't really recommend using these except as a basic experiment with disposable income.Ultimately there's a lot of features I'd want on smart or AR glasses that would all be useful to have. A decent way to take photos, a good app you can control the device with from your phone, simple buttons and voice commands, navigation displayed on the lens. This just takes photos and can possibly play music to you but I'm going to use earbuds regardless of microphones in a pair of glasses. I'd have preferred one feature done really well, in decent sunglasses, rather than an attempt to put too much into what is, after all, a budget pair.If you want to dabble, you might find it interesting. If you have a high pain tolerance for experimentation you might even be able to make them interesting, but the manufacturer doesn't provide enough clear information about the capabilities. I got two different pairs from them to test and couldn't distinguish them visually or even from the boxes with their printed logo and names on them. They haven't thought this product through well and aren't marketing it well or clearly if you can't even tell which pair is which.
Good build quality, lightweight, great image when stationary, not so much when moving
These OhO sunshine spy cam glasses with black lenses arrived fantastically packaged.Inside the box the glasses were pleasantly presented and protected from scratches. As the glasses arrived in their own hard shell storage case, when you open the glasses, the glasses are inside another soft carrying pouch. In the box you get the spy glasses, 1 USB cable, and one lens gloth and one user manual. These glasses are all constructed of plastic, and they are very lightweight, and comfortable when worn.I tried to download two apps the one in the manual states it was was called aircam Pro, and the other one was was called vizen cam, both of these apps did not work and I couldn't find it connect to the glasses. But I did manage to connect these glasses to my PC, and I was able to retrieve the video files from there..As it comes up another storage device, I did try it and connect these glasses to a Macmini nothing was registering and no storage devices were coming up so I guess they don't work for Mac.Once I retrieved the video files from my PC I viewed the footage back and the image quality was ok, but these glasses often no image stabilization. So the image appears jerky and the video footage does look a mess without image stabilization because everything goes blurry when you're moving. These glass will be much better suited if you're staying still, and not doing much moving because the image is very jerky.I'm sure you could probably smooth out the footage in editing and add image stabilization after the fact, straight out of the glasses the image is appears very wobbly. With that being said, the image of very lightweight, build quality is good, image clarity is good when stationery, when moving not so much due to no image stabilisation.⭐⭐⭐
stylish frames for live streaming
I slipped on these smart frames before heading out for a day of urban exploration, and they quickly became my go-to gadget for capturing on-the-move moments. The live-stream view on my phone felt impressively smooth, turning candid street scenes into shareable clips without me having to juggle a separate camera. Tapping the button to snap a quick photo was delightfully intuitive—no fumbling for a phone or camera halfway up a set of steps. Indoors, the lenses switched to a lighter tint so reading under café lights felt comfortable, and outdoors they darkened just enough to cut glare without plunging everything into shadow. I loved how the transitional lenses saved me from packing multiple pairs throughout the day. Battery life comfortably carried me through several hours of wandering and storytelling before I tucked them away to recharge. Five stars for blending style with seamless hands-free capture, letting me document days more naturally.
Smart glasses, good camera, not so great app
I ordered these for an upcoming holiday - I figured that they'd be a great, no hassle way of getting some nice video footage. As cameras go, I'm really impressed with the video - given the size of the glasses, I wasn't expecting too much, however it's really quite good. The picture is clear in good lighting (not so much if the lighting is poor) and the sound is decent. The glasses can also be used to take photos with a press of the button - it's a tad difficult not being able to see what you're capturing and I have found my images to be occasionally off lol. On the plus side, there's 32gb of storage built into the glasses, so plenty to get a good amount of footage. The glasses can be connected to a computer, similar to any other external storage device, and folders clearly display both captured video and photos. The biggest let down for me is the phone app. The glasses connect to the app via their own WiFi signal (Bluetooth might've been better) and although my phone can connect to the glasses initially, the app sadly won't connect the two. I've tried it so many times and reinstalled the app, but with no luck - maybe it's my phone (pixel 6 pro), although reviews on the app suggest it might affect various phones. It's a shame because there seems to be quite a lot of features available in the app (see photo), plus you can control the camera, download files, etc. I'll keep trying but until then, I'll have to be content with connecting to a pc :(As far as the glasses themselves go, they're lightweight and make for excellent sunglasses, blocking out a fair bit of bright light. There's a small, single button to the right arm that activates the video and photo capture. The charging port can also be found on this side, concealed behind a rubber cap. This side of the glasses can become a tad warm when in use for long periods. The glasses come with a charging cable (also used to connect to a pc), a case, a soft pouch and full instructions.Overall they're a good, functional pair of glasses and although the camera is a bit of a novelty, it works surprisingly well. I really hope I can eventually get the app to work, as this is really the only issue I have.
