Most people are going to experience light to moderate side effects the first few weeks to first month of taking it. They do go away. For me, I had headaches and stomach upset that went away after two weeks. And yes, the serving size is 4 pills. You do not have to take them all at once, and you probably should not. I take two with breakfast and two before bed with a light snack. As for smell and fishy tastes, I personally have not had that experience. They are completely free of smell in my opinion, and I never get fishy burps. However, there is Omega-3 in these, and Omega-3 supplements are famous for their fishy burps. And lastly, it takes time for these to start working. These have a build up effect. They don't start working overnight. Think more along the lines of an anti-depressant. After the supplements start to build up in your body, you will notice more and more of a difference. It can take up to 6 months to feel the full effects, so patience is needed for this. I've been on them for 2 months and have noticed a difference in my PMDD and anxiety, and I sleep better at night now.Personally, I am a fan of this supplement and am glad I started to take them. And I think if people were to manage expectations and do research on what to expect, they would be more prepared.

I’ve been using Peach Perfect’s Inositol vitamin daily for about a month now, and I’ve already noticed a difference. My cycles have started to become more regular, and I feel less bloated and fatigued. The peach flavor is actually really good like a little treat each day and it dissolves easily in water. I also like that it includes a balance of myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol. It’s become part of my daily routine, and I plan to keep using it.

Tomorrow will be a week of taking this supplement. AMAZING is all I can say. I normally don’t write reviews for products but I have seen soooo many positive changes in the time I’ve been taking this. My emotions & libido are being regulated, I have more energy and motivation & a million other things, I seriously am so happy about this product and can’t wait to see how it continues to help me and my body.

I've been taking these for 2 months now and so far I love it, I've noticed a huge difference in my in my body, energy, sleep. I have PCOS and I have def struggled. I will continue to take these, BUT....idk if I'm doing something wrong because I've been getting my period every 2 weeks. I'm not sure if it's just doing it's thing & regulating my body or what, but not dreadful, Regular flow finally, haven't had to use super plus Tamps or long thick pads, and no cramping.So...1. No bloating2. Non dreadful periods3. Hair skin & Nails are looking good4. Energy is better5. Sex drive a little betterCon.1. Starting my period every 2 weeks.

I don't know if it was the supplement or just my body doing it's natural thing. However, I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year. I'd go months with a period. Last period I had was due to a progesterone pill. Then it skipped again. I was late for about a week or two. After a week of taking this supplement. Not even consistenly, I got my period! So take it however you will but I know I will be purchasing again. Like other reviews says it does have a mild smell and the burps are weird. But nothing too crazy.

I was recently told I might have PCOS. So I decided to give the peach perfect pills a try but there are a couple things I have noticed. 1, they have a fishy smell and then make me burp and there is a fish taste which give me nausea & 2, I don’t have normal periods so just after 2 weeks of taking it I got my period right when I was suppose to no cramps and no heavy bleeding and I normally have heavy periods and bad cramps but now I noticed there is still some light bleeding that just won’t stop is this normal? I also see some people immediately felt better no more fatigue or bloating but aside from getting my period I actually don’t feel any different.
