Really enjoying this new pedal from Keeley. I play in a 2-man guitar/drum band, and this single pedal gives us SO much versatility to play a lot of the songs we like from other two-person bands (White Stripes, Black Keys, Royal Blood, Roxferry, etc). Controls can be a bit overwhelming at first, and for my needs, some of the octave options just don't sound right, but man... the fuzz on this pedal really shines. Three different options with different "shapes" of the fuzz sound make playing around with the pedal really fun. When you add in the octaves (again, with three different options) it can really expand the possibilities and make a jam session really creative. I can see this pedal becoming a sought-after classic, so really glad I grabbed one early!

Transfiguring is a good word. It adds intervals that really make it fun to create with, think a little differently. Other pedals do this but combined with a great sounding fuzz this thing slays.

The media could not be loaded. Volume drops suddenly after strumming when using the fuzz effect as if a compressor or limiter that cannot be removed is present. The octave effect audibly struggles to replicate or sustain the note or notes played. The sound of the octaves is harsh in EQ which cannot be altered. Chords and single notes cause errors for the octaves including latency issues. The latch feature is set to a fixed rate and time signature when not using an expression pedal. The psi and scoop fuzz settings greatly reduce volume when compared to the punch setting. You can change functionality of the pedal by holding down or double tapping buttons but each function is changed by a different method.

I love this Oct Psi pedal. The retro video games graphic vibes are fun. From the demos on the Keeley site I knew this pedal was going to be capable of making some crazy sounds. I bought this pedal strictly for sonic experimentation and not really for normal playing.This pedal did not disappoint. When I first hooked it up I think I twiddled nobs and had all kinds of inspiration to make crazy noises and do bends and slides and weird stuff to see what the polyphonic pitch-shifting effects were capable of. I think about two hours passed and I started wondering how useful this pedal could be in more common situations.I was pleasantly surprised with the sounds I got when I just engaged the fuzz feature alone. You get some really gnarly fuzz and distortion sounds. There is a wide range of usable Distortion to fuzz with different tones. That alone can defend some of the price tag.TL;DRBuild quality is good.There are a lot of knobs and switches to play with to make a lot of crazy soundsBut you can figure out relatively quickly what the controls do and how to dial in what you need.This pedal also excels at producing tones and effects practical uses (Fuzz & Distortion sounds)From my experience Keeley pedals are always solid, built well, the dials and switches feel good and the whole thing is sturdy. If you are interested in the experimenting with the types of sounds it can create give it a shot. If you are just in the market for good fuzz or distortion look elsewhere there are cheaper great sounding options that leave off the octave and pitch shifting capabilities.

Nastiest and heaviest fuzz I've ever owned. I love that you can activate the octave effect separate of the fuzz. I appreciate all the other hidden features. Read the manual or watch a vid!

Incredible pedal from Keeley. Probably my favorite of 2024. So many incredible sounds that stack well with other pedals. This is a must have, in my opinion.
