Like the blue tooth connections. Wish the instructions were a little better. I will admit I kind of skimmed over them, but I went right to breathing and my score was terrible. Then I realize I need to test it. Once I did that my score was normal. Now I understand. I really like have games included. One note is that it says you can download "eRMT" or Sonmol eRMT". From what I got the Sonmol ERMT was all about tele medicine, put in lots of personal data. I uninstalled this and installed the eRMT becuase I purchased it for my own use.

There is a little book and a piece of paper. Both have pictures but its likes building instructions missing info. There is a pic of tube connected to daily trainer but not how. The hole in covered. Its blue in between in and out words. There is no line for where dial should be. It says on in and out. I found air was not consistantly traveling through device from day 1 verses day 2. I could hear air escaping. The ap has no scroll so training and game was all I could bring up. I could get dial to move on first screen at all. I did for 30 seconds made sure measures were lined up on both machines. The device is like spirometer and measures kpa or pascal co2 per H20 and there is a third that escapes me. Normative data chart not provided. The one chart in box has no ranges, it has ages and a number. It does not say inhalation or exhalation and 70 year ols have a much normative higher number than 50 year olds. I would ignore. The only thing I could run was a fish game. It was fun first day but the next day on the same ans supposedly another attempt air was escaping and whale could not go up. Now nothing works.

Also, the lithium battery run out even after month of non-usagé. Better if it is USB chargeable. Also, better have a clear instruction of sterilisation, so I am not getting bacteria infection to lung in frequent usage.

It has helped me improve my lung function. I don't always put the electric manometer with it, but when I do, I use it to play the games and make the practice a bit fun.
