Item: "Puregen Labs Sodium Chloride Tablets 1 gm (1000 mg), USP | (15.4gr.) | 100 Count | Normal Salt Tablets | Made in USA | Electrolytes Replenisher Hydration Drink"~These are more convenient than using regular table salt, if you're in need of extra sodium.I haven't tried dissolving them in water because if I'm going to do that, then I may as well just use loose salt. I want to save these for when I need/want the convenience of having a tablet (e.g., for portability).They're chewable, but you can also just let them dissolve in your mouth. I've taken them that way several times, and one dissolves in 3-7 minutes depending on if I've chewed it at all or not. It's definitely very salty and you're going to want to drink a decent amount of water after.

Definitely consult your physician before taking this, as you don't want to over-consume salts. There are better ways to replenish electrolytes. At least the tablet form looks neat?
