Otherwise, it might affect the accuracy of the Weight Sensors. 5. Always add new cat litter to the MAX line and reset cat litter to ensure the accuracy of the weight detection and the reminder when litter is insufficient.

I LOVE this litterbox!!! It was super easy to set up. The hardest part of putting it together was keeping my cats out of it until it was ready for them.It's incredibly quiet. The litter clicking together as the clean cycle runs is louder than the motor. It is pretty loud when the fan comes on to set the new bag, but that's only for a few seconds & it's only happened twice in the nearly 2 weeks we've had it (once at initial setup & once when it finished auto-packing).All 3 of my cats were using it before 24 hours had passed. They are used to automatic litter boxes, but this one is new to them so I worried. But no hesitation at all.I've had a couple of small issues (mostly my ignorance, not anything faulty with the machine) & the 24/7 customer support has been AMAZING! They are quick to get back to you & they don't give up until the problem is solved. One time I got an error message & when I contacted them they told me to take the top off so I could check the lid that covers the waste area. I couldn't get the top off (turns out what I thought were handles to lift off the top were actually handles to pick up the machine - there's LITERALLY no way for the top to not lift off easily). I was actually getting a little snarky with them because I thought they were being stupid to not understand my problem. They remained professional & kind through the entire exchange. And when my daughter showed me that I was the idiot, they were very gracious & told me repeatedly not to worry about it.The waste collection area seems to hold a LOT! As I said, we have 3 cats. We do have another litterbox in addition to this one & I'm not sure how much that one is used vs this one, but I've had to add more litter twice & I've only had to auto-pack & throw away once.I love, love, LOVE that the waste is kept in a closed area & that the bag is sealed before I ever touch it. That fact alone is a game changer!We switched from clay litter to tofu litter at the same time we got this machine, so I'm not sure how much of the odor-control is due to the litter & how much is the machine, but there is NO SMELL!! I can sit 5 feet away from this litterbox in my living room & the only cat smell I get is coming from the old box down the hall in the family room.Honestly, I told my daughter I can hardly wait for our other box to break so we can replace it with another one of these!! She offered to help that happen!I have allergies & asthma. The smell from the litter boxes has always been a problem for me. I deal with it, because I love my fur-babies, but this box has completely eliminated all of those problems!The app is very easy to use. It notifies you whenever there is a problem or if it's time to auto-pack. It also keeps track of when it's time to replace the bag container & the deodorizer.The only thing I would wish for that it doesn't do is to notify me when I need to add more litter.It's quite a bit more expensive than some of the other boxes out there, but, in my opinion, TOTALLY worth the money!!!I cannot say enough good things!

Here’s what I want to say - hit that button - the purchase button - do it now!I have one of each:- Litter Robot 3 - first one I ever purchased, still works. - Litter Robot 4 - had trouble getting it to sync to rotate. Works sporadically well.- PetSnowy - similarly styled to this item. Works well, no complaints. Uses special bags that semi close so the smell isn’t bad.- Furbulous - Wow! 🫨 I’m in love.Let me tell you, here is the difference and why I would buy the Furbulous again when one of the others stop working.- Easy set up.- Deodorizer smells great.- App is spot on and works all the time.- but the trash is where it’s it. Yes, it requires special bags, but SO worth it!The machine cycles well, no hiccups, no blinky light, just cycles and cleans.When the trash was full, it let me know to pack the bag. Yes, it took about 30 seconds, but when I opened the drawer - IT WAS SEALED. Like no smell could escape, I didn’t see moldy clumps, it was a black bag, sealed, and upon pushing in the drawer, the machine set itself up for the next round.The only downside, if you call it that, is that it is big. But, it is still smaller than my PetSnowy one, if that is any consolation. And priced much butter than the Litter Robots.With four furbabies we need options, and this was the best by far!

Over all: I am very pleased with this litter box. I don’t feel gross or like I need to immediately jump in shower.Very easy to set up, quiet compared to the old litter maid when they first came out. I have only had one issue that required troubleshooting but that was easily corrected. It’s sturdy, and so far real easy to keep clean.I have two cats. When they are using it and as it cleans after them, it’s barely audible and smell is dramatically decreased!!!!! The only time you actually hear it is when it’s sealing a new trash bag, both at the beginning of being filled and then again after it’s full.I love that all I have to do is just pull open the drawer, pick up the sealed bag and carry it out to the dumpster!Now, something I think needs to considered in future models or as an upgrade to the firmware, would be a notification of the amount of litter that’s left in the box. An alert to the owner to add more litter or when to change it.But all in all: it’s a great automatic litter box! And it had some tough competition (litter robot/pet snowy). The draw of it self cleaning, self packing waste? That was a huge selling point!

Garbage smart litter box. Besides being massive, I'm having a malfunction every few weeks particularly with the trash box. The trash fills up at least once a week and the trash fills with perfectly good clean litter so not only are the expensive trash bags running out quickly, but it also ends up wasting a lot of litter. The trash boxes are specific to furbulous. It is advertised as 10 bags, but I'm lucky to get 4-5 fills out of it before it malfunctions and I have to throw the rest of the trash box and bags out. The app interface is very specific and when it malfunctions it is very difficult to reset it back to normal. Customer support has limited hours and you end up stuck unable to troubleshoot or fix the problem. Would not recommend unless you want to continuously waste money on litter and trash bags as well as pull your hair out trying to keep the thing clean and functional for more than 2 weeks.
