Bumjazz magnesium glycinate has significantly promoted relaxation and improved my sleep quality without causing morning drowsiness. It has also helped with my nerve damage, bowel movements, and various other issues. The formula is highly absorbable and gentle on the stomach.I sustained injuries in a motor vehicle accident that broke my back and neck, resulting in severe nerve damage. The sciatica pain was unbearable, and I hadn't enjoyed a good night's sleep since the accident. The most sleep I was getting was around two hours, as the pain constantly woke me up. However, since I started taking magnesium glycinate, I no longer experience nerve pain and can sleep much longer.Before purchasing Bumjazz magnesium glycinate, I thoroughly researched the product, as one review claimed it had not been third-party tested. Thankfully, I discovered that it is indeed third-party tested; otherwise, I would not have bought it. I am very grateful that I did, as my life has greatly improved.

If you are looking for a good magnesium glycinate supplement, get this! This was the first supplement that has actually been filled up (my photo is after taking some for a few weeks, yet it’s still full!). This supplement has completely changed my stress and sleep for the better! I wake up even early feeling completely energized! I seriously love this supplement so much! I will repurchase as soon as I run out! 💤

I love that the price is great. With another B12 I would take two tablets to get 1000 mcg. With this one I only have to take one. It was recommended to take B12 because I’m a vegan. Without B12 I had low energy.

I took this for over a month, I have my magnesium tested monthly for medical reasons. My magnesium levels severely dropped while taking this went back to my regular brand and magnesium levels started to improve.
