This product gives me energy and also calms my nerves. It has zero taste. I feel like it’s a nice quality supplement that gets the job done. It has no odor. I think the strength of this supplement is perfect. I really think it’s important to supplement vitamin B. And this is a definitely good supplement.

Really good blend of different vitamin "b"s to start your day. I take this supplement after I eat breakfast and get my day officially started. It gives me that extra energy I need to get my day going. It has a good blend of the vitamin "b"s that you need to give you that extra kick start. I strongly recommend it to everyone out there and to top it off it's a great value for the price.

If you aren’t getting enough B12 in your life, this is a great alternative. It’s a little large but also great and you can definitely notice an energy difference. The quality is certainly there!

i had to laugh at a bad revue... she said the 'dye' used in the pills caused her urine to go bright yellow... i bought these specifically because the last brand i tried, didn't... the bright yellow urine is the excess of B vitamins leaving your body.. you've topped off the levels and the excess doesn't stay and gather in your body like some gel/liquid vitamins do...
