These Premier Protein MINIs are a super easy way to add extra protein to my day. I especially love mixing the chocolate flavor into my morning coffee—it gives it a mocha vibe and adds a little more staying power to my breakfast. The smaller size is perfect when I don’t want a full shake. Tastes great, no chalky aftertaste, and very convenient to take on the go. Definitely a staple in my routine now.

I needed to up my protein intake per doctor's orders and was struggling with it a bit. My Doctor Suggested a protein shake. I searched for Shakes that would give me a good amount of protein without a huge amount of calories. Searched Bolo and got these. Refrigerated until it was nice and Cold and then had it for an afternoon snack. I got the chocolate and it was delicious. It tasted less chalky than most that I have had, even felt creamy. It wasn't overly Thick so was very satifsying.
