Heavy latex, rolls well and brushes fine but you might need to thin it for all but the best airless sprayers. I don't know how it holds up in the long run but I think it might do the job well. Great value. Shipping was fast.

Love it but it’s not black in colorStill kept it because the color will workBut went to purchase another gallon and they are out and I don’t need to purchase a 5 gallon canSo I’m stuck with a half done job of a color I can’t explain that’s not blackSo I don’t know how I’m going to match the color to purchase another gallon unless they get gallons back in stock
