I don't need my puffer as often either I add 30 drops in my morning coffee, in my afternoon water and again in water before bed. I don't wake up choking up mucus in the middle of the night anymore. It does not stop my cough completely, but I found it makes my cough more productive! I chose this one because it says that it is organic (something I don't take lightly). Cannot taste it in my coffee, slight "taste" in water. I will definately buy this again!

Immune support:These work great. I got them for allergy use and noticed a big difference in myself and my daughter. The taste is not too back and it mixes well with everything. My little doesn’t have a problem using it just on its own either it has a light black licorice taste
