The media could not be loaded. I bought it raw. The price is quite reasonable. I roasted it and use it that way. Roast it for 7 minutes until it turns a light color and the flavor is tenfold. I can't wait to use it for wonderful breads and many other things.

Just this in in less than 24 hours. Nice heavy duty bag which would be great for storage. Except when I pulled the tab, it ripped the bag wide open. The pull tab was on the back side of the bag which may have caused the problem. Try pulling from the front to see if you get better results. Other than that, the product tastes great and will cover a lot of salmon and bagels!

The sesame seeds smell fresh and look good. The package is very problematic, though. Pulling the opening mechanism tore a gaping hole in the package, spilling the seeds everywhere and making it impossible to reseal, so keeping the seeds fresh now is going to be a nuisance. Once that's fixed, though, I think it'll be a great product.
