I have been grinding my teeth for over 40 years, now they are flat as a tabletop I have ground my way through every product I’ve tried especially those that were supposed to be indestructible. I have spent an infinite amount of money to correct and protect my teeth from grinding & clenching. It has all been for nought.All of those gross hard durable orthotics that I have gotten from many different dentist. You know the thick, hard, upper, lower & both at the same time night guards? I ground through them all. I know for a fact that some of them made my situation worse. I’ve had physical therapy, injections, muscle relaxers, massage therapy, acupuncture. The list goes on…I’d often woke up to find that because they were so uncomfortable that I had spit or taken them out of my mouth when I was sleeping.Back to how this review came to be:I’d chew right through my latest professional orthotic and didn’t have the time or money to get a replacement. Honestly, my problem is so bad I need to wear my mouthguard 24/7 except for when I’m eating. But was never able to because I have to talk during my work and life add in a bit ADHD and finding them would be nearly impossible (the one I sleep in stays next to my toothbrush).A good friend recommended these mouthguard. I thought even if I chew through them in a few nights it’s better than having naked teeth on teeth action, until I was able to get to the dentist.These arrived quickly and well packaged, the whole setup is brilliant, they come with a thermometer with a little hook for testing if the water is hot enough, and to pull the orthotic out of the water without squishing it (& not scalding the skin off of your fingers) a storage case & a cleaning tray.Ya, know this is a pack of 4 night guards Right !.!.!.!They’re thin yet durable. I followed the directions and fitted the first 1 easy peasy. I wasn’t expecting much and hope it would survive the night.It’s ridiculous that I’m writing this, because for the first time a serious long time I woke up without any jaw pain WTH!?!? I checked it for holes, Nope it didn’t even look scuffed. A week later it was still going strong, and me still without any pain. What is going on here?Guess what? As though that wasn’t enough, here’s the awesome part I was able have a full conversation with this night guard in my mouth, while being perfectly understood! YAY!I moulded the rest of the pack, I am working on wearing them as often as I remember to ( a learning curve) This is my 2nd box due to the adhd I’ve lost some but I haven’t chewed through the one of them yet! These are thin, comfortable and protect my teethies!Ya I am crying because if I had these 20-30 years ago I may not have damaged & flatten my teeth, these work better than any & all the others I tried including those I have brought for $$$$ from Dentist that convinced me (I am not saying that dentist are unethical. It is just what they were taught) that the best way to protect my teeth from further damage was to wear the hard chunky orthotic and regardless of how much they adjusted it. I’d wake up every morning with teeth and jaw, pain, not to mention I would grind through them within 6 to 10 months and need a replacement. For the price of 1 professional orthotic I can buy 20 boxes of these.These may not work for everyone, I’m sure there’s a reason why the dentist recommend hard orthotics. You will have to try them for yourself, your results may vary. However, for me, these are the Bomb diggty of night guards and have worked better than anything I have ever tried.They are a 10/10 I highly recommend them! I love that they are thin, comfortable, unnoticeable, making them easier to wear them anywhere and everywhere while protecting me from pain & my teeth from further damage. For reference, I have a small jaw I can wear it hole, but have found trimming about 5/8 inch off of each side works best for me.My hot Tip - dip the cut ends back into the hot water and press them against a hard surface to round the edges.ps. I have been on a long and expensive journey with night guards. I started with a custom guard from my dentist, which set me back over $400. It worked, but the cost was painful. Later, I switched to JS Dental Lab online, which was a better deal at around $120, and I thought that was a great solution for a while.On a whim, I decided to give this GOYO Slim FIT pack a try, mostly because of the low price and the fact you get four of them. I was skeptical, to say the least.To my surprise, this product is awesome. The best part is how thin and non-chunky it is. The big, thick guards always felt like a hockey puck in my mouth. This one is slim enough that I barely notice it. The molding process was straightforward, and I appreciate that you can re-do it. It took me a couple of tries to get the fit just right, but once I did, it was perfect. The included thermo checker is a nice touch to make sure you get the water temperature right.I've been using it for a while now and I'm liking it so far. I see some other people have had complaints, but my personal experience has been fantastic. For anyone living in California, you know how incredibly expensive dental work is. Protecting your teeth from grinding shouldn't cost a fortune. This is a great product that provides an effective and comfortable solution without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

Absolutely destroyed my gums. Despite trimming it, the product goes so far into my gums - especially on the inside (why?!) that two days later they are still swollen and painful. I would qualify my teeth as “regular sized”. The fake mint taste is off putting, and the softness of the product both make it not stay on, and make it more of a pleasure to clench down, which does not help my bruxism. It’s the exact opposite of the other hard mold-to-fit product I used, which as it cooled got tighter on my teeth and caused pain. I just need something in the middle!

I bought these because I clench my teeth in my sleep. Having a mouth guard in between the clenched teeth is important to prevent damage. I’ve been wearing mouth guards for years, but I forget to put it in a lot & most are so cushioned it makes it too bulky & a little uncomfortable for me. I got these recently & not only do they come as a set of 4, for the price I usually pay for one, but includes a case & thermometer/grabber. Plus another little case to store the extra 3 mouth guards until you need them. These are thinner guards, but still sufficient thickness to help with that teeth clenching pressure. Easy to use, just dip in hot water & form! You can use the included thermometer to test the water temp before dipping. Thermometer stick has a hook on the end to use as a grabber to pull it out of the hot water. They really thought of everything. Once formed to your mouth, it will fit snug on your teeth & should stay in place all night. Granted you remember to put it in before falling asleep.
