The metal corner brackets are sturdy & ensure a 90 degree corner. The latch aligns well & latches/unlatches easily. Very good quality. It is easy to assemble & is almost foolproof. I recommend this kit for its quality, functionality & good looks

Wasn’t sure at first about using an anti-sag gate system that didn’t have a cross wire that you can adjust. Installation is easy but the sequence order is a little wonky. It also comes with very short screws which you can get away with on the bracket but would not trust them on the hinge installation to a post. I used pressure treated 2x4s for the frame and put them together with the long sides touching each other like in step 3 so the gate would be flush with the fence. I also used 3” screws to mount the hinges to get a secure fit. Important note, do not install the gate latch until you have finished mounting your gate and building it out as the weight of the materials could alter the latch point, so mount the gate first, add your boards or other materials then install the latch at the end. You will also need to buy a handle for the gate to open and close. The latch is a little light on closing and can open with a little pressure or pushing on the gate. I fixed that by threading the latch release wire through two nuts that simply rest on top of the latch release to make it not prone to popping open.

These are a must-have for assembling a gate! They work incredibly well and are super easy to install. I only wish we had found them sooner when working on our previous gate—what a difference they make. Totally worth it!

Great kit. Only complaint is the latch was a bit lose and would pop open if anyone bumped the gate. Eaily fixed with a new spring loaded latch. I'm delighted with the anti-sag structure. It was very easy to create the gate.

Solid. Product arrives as described. Assembly instructions aren’t clear, in terms of the different size screws included, but otherwise easy to install.Would purchase this again.

There are a waste of time, money and effort trying to get them to work on a pass though 6 foot pool gate. We have a 6 foot privacy fence and the only way these would remotely work is if the door were to swing IN towards the pool area. I tried installing them so they would swing OUT but nope.. the hinge would bind or leave a gap. Then there the fact that small 3/4” screws are not long enough to strongly secure a wood 4x6 gate as it started sagging and pulling the small screws out after 5 or 6 times of opening and closing gate. I ended up modifying the brackets for a temporary fix until I could buy new ones as we have 3 dogs and couldn’t leave it without a gate. So with all that said… I do not recommend these unless they are being used for small lightweight doors/gates.
