Millet is the only grain I can eat. I'm allergic to all others. To my great delight, this pasta was available and tastes great! This brand also comes in macaroni and other types of pasta as well.

I ordered the Big Green Organic Food- Organic Millet Linguine, Gluten-Free, Lectin-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, Wheat and Rice Alternative, 8.8oz (1 Pack), and this is great tasting pasta. We can't eat gluten in this house, so we are always trying gluten-free options. Some of them are not so great, but this is excellent. This is one small box of the linguini. You boil it for 10 minutes. I was able to get two bowls of pasta out of it without adding anything. You could stretch it out by adding a bunch of sauce or other things. It didn't taste gluten-free at all, and it was probably some of the best alternative pasta I have had, to be honest. To me, it tastes just as good as regular pasta and the texture was like regular pasta as well which if you are seasoned in the alternative stuff you find out quickly texture can be very off putting with somethings. No complaints, I would order it again. It's just not cheap.

Tasty, gluten free linguine pasta. You want to make sure you keep an eye on it right around the 10 minute mark to make sure it doesn't overcook. The texture and flavor is very similar to wheat pasta, and the noodles held together well for me. The nutrition facts are pretty similar with the brand of pasta I normally buy, but the millet pasta has slightly fewer carbs per 2oz serving. This is a product of China.
