I misunderstood the listing and thought the "pendant" had 4 sides that could be written on instead of just 2. Even though I sent way too much text, they were EXTREMELY helpful in finding a way to make it work, even from halfway around the world! The only very small issue is that the oval link at the top of each pendant is actually large enough that another pendant can start to go through it, kind of knotting everything up. We've already thought of a couple of really easy fixes so it's not a big deal at all, but I thought it was worth mentioning so someone else might not be a little surprised like I was. Awesome seller! Would highly recommend!

Ordering jewelry on Bolo is scary, but these guys did wonderful and really pulled through. The piece is exactly what i pictured, and came in sooner than expected. the packaging was beautiful and i have no doubt this will last a long time. there was a personalized christmas note and a set of earrings along with the necklace. they also include a repair and maintenance warranty which makes me feel like they believe in the quality of the product 10/10

This is a great charm. I had engraved with the initials of all the people who have greatly impacted my life. The initials are clear and the charm is good quality. I think it will be a piece I wear for a very very long time.
