Solid turmeric option that adds bio-perine, which increases its bioavailability. I've noticed some improvements with inflammation but also know that it's not a cure all. Standard size pills and easy to swallow.

I used worked in vitamin stores for about a decade. I've seen which brands people don't get results from and which ones keep customers coming back. Now brand makes good quality, gets 3rd party checked, uses standardized material (as in, if your supplement was turmeric, the bottle isn't just labeled turmeric 500mg, it will break down the values of each important constituent so you really do know how much of the good stuff you're getting). This turmeric has helped with a couple things I've taken it for and done a beautiful job.
