The first page was cracked open at 4pm and it's now 9:25pm and there wasn't a way to set Adams work down. Having finished this read I wanted to give props where they are do. This was an easy to read and easy to digest book. Whether you are brand new, thinking about it, or a veteran... There is no smoke and mirrors to be found and only the raw truth of the industry. As amazing as this industry is there are many dark clouds that come through and this survival guide helps you identify and navigate through the good and bad. Adam allowed himself to be vulnerable and his experiences resonated strongly with me and at this point my belief is that Adam, myself, and most of us in this industry likely share more similarities than differences.5/5 Stars and will recommend to all of my colleagues and even competitors :)... After almost a decade of being in retail sales and management, I recently decided to take a leap of faith and bet on myself and move into this industry. My start date was on a Monday and a big snowstorm came through on the previous Friday. I was informed Friday that my start date got pushed back to Tuesday due to the foot and a half of snow, but I wanted to be productive out the gate. I did a little bit of reading online, decided to pick up this book and sat down Monday and read it from beginning to end and I’m so glad that I did. I can’t honestly remember the last time that I did that with a book.Like it stated this book is not a technique for closing sales or getting doors opened, but it’s a mindset of philosophy and a way of life for those in or considering sales.A big bonus to me which I did not know at the time is that Owen’s Cornering is also who my company (which is a platinum partner) works with 🤯😊 #winningI will definitely be recommending this book to anybody else that is interested in reading and taking the steps to grow on their own and to making them successful and the one out of three that survive!

"your mission, should you choose to accept it,........"The Roofing Sales Survival Guide.Don't let the title fool you, let me explain,....I am not in roofing sales, however, I found Adam's wonderful "Survival Guide" to be an essential mentor to me for my sales journey (which has only just begun). It doesn't matter what sales industry you are in. This is THE BOOK that you didn't know you needed until you read it. This guide is all about you and overcoming yourself (as the subtitle says), and getting through the highs, lows and everything else that gets thrown at you along the way. Each and every page holds gems and gold, like, for example page 143, (whoa, how did Adam know that happens to me?) This guide is like having your future successful self travelling back through time to share stories and thoughts with you now to help you reach your full potential and goals along the way.I feel so incredibly fortunate to have stumbled upon this book. Thanks to Sheena (Adam's better half) for encouraging Adam to really pour his heart out into these pages. He sure did and we can all benefit from reading this truly remarkable sales survival guide.
