I’ve been using Ortho Home Defense for many years, both inside and outside my home, and it’s always worked very well. Knock on wood, we’ve never had to call a pest control service yet, whenever we start noticing more bugs, a round of spraying makes a noticeable difference. It really does last a long time. While in Florida you’re not likely to get the full 12-month protection always, it still does an incredible job. I love that it comes in refill containers, so I’m not constantly buying extra sprayers or parts I don’t need. Everything ships securely without any leaks, and is basically ready to go right from the package once you transfer the sprayer. I typically spray the interior perimeter, along the floor between rooms, around windows, and then all around the outside of the house. It’s simple, easy to use, and very effective. The price is great for the coverage you get, and it’s kept our home bug-free for years. Definitely recommend and will keep buying again and again!

I use it outdoors around the house, as well as around my kitchen and basement. It works. It kills bugs stepping on it. I notice reduction is bugs count in the house after using it. The nozzle is easy to use. I like the replacement option that saves money quite a bit. Also, one canister works for a long time! I had to only buy a refill replacement option after 1.5 years of use.

I absolutely love this stuff! I keep it on hand at all times. Generally, every couple years or so I spray around the entire perimeter of our house and storage shed. In total that is approximately 220 linear feet. I pour approximately 1.5 gallons into a 2 gallon hand sprayer for excellent coverage. I seldom have bug problems. I highly recommend this product both for if you have an insect problem or you just want to keep them away.Sprayability:The original sprayer is still working after 7 years. Using it in a hand sprayer is ideal.Ease of use:Easy to apply.Longevity:I spray once every two or three years and it seems to keep the bugs at bay.

We had an invasion. The pesky little critters first showed their little black and red faces as soon as the summer sun started to shine. They have prepared all winter for this. In past years, they had not made it past the outer defenses, but, those defenses were worn down over the long winter, and they knew that they had not been rebuilt this year. This was their chance and they stormed the weakest point taking the quickest route to the interior of our stronghold. They even planed a supply route along the way, taking a side trip into the recycling bin where there were many soda cans with sugar in to maintain them.We let our guard down. The wife sounded the alarm when coming in the back door! She started stomping as many of the little invaders as she could. The dog joined in and mayhem ensued. I rushed to the garage and donned my gear to take on the little army. As she yelled and the dog barked, I ran to the house, sprayer full at the ready. I knew I had enough to go around. I started at the point of the main invasion and circled our abode and the invasion stopped in it's tracks and the little army moved on to their next target, next door. We wish them well, they were intelligent brave warriors. This spray was effective and easy to use. It's safe, we have used it for several years to prevent invasions by the sugar horde.

Been using this to keep away bugs, wasps, spiders for about 10 years now. I have tried other products when I cannot find this and none of them work as well. I spray house and porches 4 times a year and rarely ever see a pest. We do not have animals, so I cannot attest to that part.
