Its allows me to keep fresh lemonade, and tea ready all day and it’sshort height allows me to use it and not have to rearrange my entire refrigerator shelving system. As a bonus, it is glass so I don’t have to worry about carcinogens from petrochemicals and plastic making process. If it’s perfect!

I am FUMING!!!! This thing cracked the minute I put it in the refrigerator on the very first use and spilled EVERYWHERE! Floor, rug, everything in the refrigerator. The glass is so incredibly thin right where it should be the thickest, where the tap is screwed in. I want my money back, and can't return it due to someone getting cut while trying to repackage it. I'm posting pictures of the tank, and how thin the glass is. This product is dangerous!

I purchased this item so that I could have cold water on hand in the refrigerator without having to deal with plastic containers. The dispenser is well crafted out of glass and the spigot works well. The large opening on the top of the dispenser makes it easy to clean as well as to add flavoring ingredients to the water. The only downside to this dispenser is that the spigot is located halfway up on the front side, thus, if the container is level in the refrigerator, it will only allow a little more than half of its capacity to flow out. I see this as an inconvenience, not a major flaw in its design, but others may disagree.Another item that I would add here is that the spigot needs to be carefully installed. The silicone seals that are supplied with the dispenser should not be tightened all at once during installation of the spigot. It is best to finger tighten the spigot at first and then carefully tighten the spigot nut with the supplied wrench over the course of several elapsed minutes to allow the silicone to fully seal. The spigot should be tightened only to firmness but not overly torqued down.

Fits well in the fridge but unless you only want easy access to half your ready made drink, I do not recommend. The spout is a third of the way up from the bottom so you need to tip the container to access the rest, and then after a point, because of how far in the spout tube goes, tipping doesn't work to pour out the rest. The spout position makes it rather unfunctional

Nice size for refrigerator. However, the glass around the spigot was very thin and as gentle as one can be, there is no way to install the inside rubber stopper without the spigot moving so slight, a piece of glass chipped off. Ugh

Glass is not thick enough. Set on granite countertop like any other container and it cracked. The second one broke while cleaning. Bumped against sink and the bottom feel out. Don't waste your time.

Este dispensador de cristal vino a ser la solución a este problema. El deposito tiene buena capacidad y cabe muy bien en los anaqueles del refrigerador. El grifo es metalico y correctamente colocado al canto del recipiente de critsal no derrama ni una sola gota, lo que sí sucede, en ocasiones, al cerrar la valvula del grifo, en que quedan algunas gotas atrapadas en el interior de la valvula las que a los pocos minutos caen. Esta situación la corregi pidiendo a los niños que acercquen la boquilla del vaso al canto de la valvula para recoger las gotas que puedan quedar y poniendo una tapa de plastico que recoge estas pocas gotas que, al ser usualmente de agua de jamaica, resultan un poco escandalosas. Lo recomiendo. Eso si, la limpieza y relleno del recipiente de cristal debe hacerse solo por adultos.
Perfect
This is a staple in my fridge. I make different flavours of water and it’s a perfect size, doesn’t take up a lot of space. It pours out nice and has not leaked once.

Was so excited to start using this in the summer. Was enjoying it so much for the first month noting to me extremely careful and gentle with handling. One day, I come back to my fridge flooded and my floors soaking wet. It cracked on its own in the fridge. Wish it lasted. Maybe used for about a month.
Only dispenses half way
I really like how this fits in the fridge, and was exactly what i was looking for in terms of shape and materials. I fill it with water and leave it in the fridge so I always have cold water on tap. However this item always leaks and it also doesn't dispense past half way as the tap is too high. Which means when you think you have some of your beverage left or some cold water in the fridge you have to take it out and tip it to dispense or you have to fill it with more beverage which either dilutes it or now makes the water warmer which is very frustrating. I would have loved to have given this 5 stars as the look and the shape are perfect but the execution in functionality is lacking.
