It's a good value and so compact. I wanted a cassette player after my old one broke. If you have a few tapes, it's worth picking up one of these so you can still play them. It's nice looking and works well. Buttons easy to operate and nice to have the option to use with electricity at home or batteries on the go. It gets surprisingly decent reception and has good sound for such a small device.

Me and my wife got this radio to help host a Murder Mystery game we hosted. The game had a cassette we needed played because it held clues.The radio is small and very basic. Love that. The cassette player worked without a problem. The radio is the main jewel. I use it all the time when I am cleaning my house. The volume is beast. But no matter how high I have it, the speaker is clear as day is long.I love it's both battery and AC power cord capable. Never know when you will need it if the power goes out.All in all, we love this radio.

This was a good, small cassette player. The sound was good and it was good for playing old cassettes. I liked the white because the words on the control buttons are easy to read.

Sound quality is really nice. I was also surprised how well it picked up fm stations. The main reason I got it was for old cassette tapes. It played them well. Rewind is a bit slow but that’s probably a good idea for my old delicate cassettes I’m really happy with it.

The tape player I bought has, so far, worked perfectly. It delivers high quality sound, and has given me no problems.The only problem I encountered was in the instructions, which told me to plug in in to a 20 volt outlet; since it had a standard plug, I assumed the '1" had been left off the instructions, which should have read "120 volt outlet". And I was right.

This product is functional but the sound quality isn't very good. It's difficult to describe - rather 'scratchy' and like talking in a vacuum.The volume control operates opposite to other radios I have. To Increase the sound on this radio I have to push Down on the button. I have to remember that this product is different.

I bought this radio cassette player with the intention of returning it if it was not high quality given the very modest price. To my surprise, I have not stopped listening to all my old cassettes because the sound is unbeatable. It must have a built-in Dolby noise reduction because there is no hiss sound for any of my cassettes. The quality of the player itself is solid and the sound is perfect for listening to it all day long. There is no distortion of the sound. A definite buy at this price point. You will not find a better one.
