The Strawberry Kiwi flavor is subtle but pleasant—not overly sweet or artificial. It has a slight coconut water undertone, which might not appeal to everyone, but I personally don’t mind it.In terms of hydration strength, it really works. I’ve used these after workouts, outdoor runs, and even during mild dehydration, and I genuinely feel more energized and refreshed within 15–20 minutes.The quality feels premium. The powder dissolves quickly and completely—no weird grit or residue. Plus, it’s zero sugar, has 2220mg of electrolytes, plus zinc and vitamins B & C, which adds extra value for people focused on recovery or wellness.As for value for money, it’s on the higher end per serving compared to some competitors, but you’re paying for quality ingredients and effective hydration. If staying well-hydrated is a priority, this is worth the cost.

I love all of the BodyArmor Flash I.V. packs! Between the Strawberry Kiwi and Grape though... woot! My kiddo needs electrolytes quickly after sports... we both need them after exercise. I'm on Keto too and these are VERY low TOTAL carbs and meet needs of getting the daily salt requirements. There are some options out there, but they are a lot more expensive. These are great value plus I pour a little table salt in to match others and meet my sodium needs for the day. They mix well too... and taste great... within about 5-10 minutes, I can feel it helping and pumping me back up. We carry them to the ball park, while out, and for travel... easy... all you need is a bottle of water!

Highly, highly recommend, tho' get this when the price is low (its price varies incredibly). I mix each packet with 30 oz of water and sip it throughout the day, especially if I'm outside in the sun working in my bee hives. On hotter days, I might even go through a packet and a half (45 oz of water). I've tried other flavors of this powder and they taste horribly artificial. This one's the best, IMHO.

I love this stuff! The taste is saltier than a regular bottle of body armor but not as salty as other electrolyte powders. I enjoy the blue raspberry flavor - it's NOT a punch-in-the-face-sickly-sweet candy flavor, it's just enough in my opinion. It dissolves easily, even in cold water. the caffeine addition is genius, it's got about as much as a small cup of coffee and it doesn't make me jittery whatsoever. It smells like sour candy and you could eat the powder dry if you're into that kind of thing.

The BODYARMOR packs are always good! Love that it's zero sugar and 15 calories. It’s packed with electrolytes plus coconut water, vitamins B & C, and zinc. This is good for recovery after workouts or rehydration. While it is a bit bitter, adding a little more water helps balance it out. Overall, such a great drink.

I LOVE this flavor, the packs are so handy to carry in purse or pocket... I need to be hydrated, and need an electrolytes boost to keep going in hot weather, this makes it easy and so tasty. I found these after trying the bottled variations at gas station, but didn't like that price... these makes the same product at a MUCH lower cost. Highly recommend all the flavors, but ESPECIALLY this coconut pineapple punch
