I've purchased this collagen 5 times now over the last year or so. It's probably my favorite flavored collagen of the many brands I've bought in the last couple of years. The pink lemonade is plenty sweet for me, but without any artifical taste. I put 2/3 of a scoop in my 30 oz water bottle twice a day, so I'm getting just over a scoop everyday. It dissolves right away with just a quick shake of the water bottle (I do not use cold water... it's slightly cooler than room temperature). It encourages me to get my daily water intake, and for that I'm grateful. No point in taking collagen if you're not drinking plenty of water! I will buy this again.

This is such a great, well-rounded supplement for women!!! Highly recommended! I first ordered this month's ago and decided to Give it 60-90 days before writing the review. I am now on my 3rd order. Some of the benefits were immediate, like boosted energy levels. Initially, drinking a full scoop gave me some higher blood pressure and feeling shaky. After about 6 weeks, that's mostly worn off now and I feel a pleasant energy boost that lasts long throughout the day. For example, I drank a scoop 7 hours ago and I'm still feeling pretty good. I've also been waking up and falling asleep more easily, and in a better mood when I wake up (says my husband lol). It has helped me regulate my bowel movements also. My hair stylist told me that my hair was softer and shinier than she's ever seen it before. And I feel like it's brought some more color/life to my face also, which is the main reason why I ordered it (aging). All in all, I'm excited about the benefits and will continue using it. I think it is well worth the cost. One container lasts me about 30 days using 1 scoop per day. I drink it along with powdered creamer in my coffee. It dissolves easily and instantly with a little stirring, no lumps. It's pretty much tasteless.. it's like it adds a little richness to my creamer. So this tasted good but and did make me feel less hungry. However, the big draw back was unlike others I have used this one gave me hormonal acne on my chin. Painful cystic acne. I stopped taking it and the acne immediately cleared up. Did some research and turns out some times this can happen to some people. I decided to go back to the other brand I was using that did not have this side effect. Not sure what was so different about this one and the one I normally use but this one was cheaper so I wanted to try but I'd rather not have acne and spend more.

Got this powder to supplement my dietary goals after reading reviews and doing a bit of research. I have been mixing the pink lemonade flavor with water in my mixer ball tumbler. The taste is way better than I expected, though there is a slight after taste, I find it wholly bearable. I'm a super picky eater and generally don't like strong flavors, but I think this tastes a lot like any powdered lemonade mix you'd buy at the store. I found it dissolves better with vigorous shaking in the tumbler, but not as well if I just try to mix it with a spoon. Perhaps mixing it into a warm liquid would make this easier, but with the flavor I got, that seems really unpalatable. I've only been using the powder for a few days, so I'll update if I have any unappealing side-effects, but right now, I feel really satusfied!
