The scooter began to deteriorate quickly β the folding latch became unstable, the handlebars wouldnβt stay locked, and eventually I suffered a bad fall when they gave out while riding. I was injured and left unable to use the scooter at all. I reached out to support, fully expecting a long, frustrating process with no resolution.Instead, I was lucky enough to be helped by someone who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and solution-focused. Rather than putting me through the hassle of sending the broken scooter back, he expedited a full replacement and ensured warranty coverage on the new one.This kind of customer service is rare. He listened to everything I shared, took it seriously, and genuinely made things right. Thanks to him, Iβm willing to give the brand another shot. If every customer had this kind of after-sales support, it would make a huge difference.Highly recommend working with this rep if you can β he turned a frustrating situation into a much better one.

I received it before the date it said, nice box, boxed well, love the scooter I feel like itβs got some speed to it nice breaks Nice shocks all around I find it to be a fast fun comfy ride reliable ride, customer service was same day Love the speaker maybe change the app Wish it had bigger battery for more range and speed @31 Iβm a speed demon tbh I want it to be fast but I still love it

Very good entry level scooter for first time users, and maybe more experienced riders who want some cool upgrades from a mid-line scooter!I've been using the scooter for 2-3 weeks now, and there are both good and bad points as you would expect.First, the overall build quality, materials quality, and the overall girth of the scooter is quite high. It's a heavy item at about 60 lbs. on its own. There are a few design curiosities that make you scratch your head, and some inappropriatly used cheap-outs that must have been company approved to reduce cost (I'll get to those). Otherwise, it's a very stable scooter. It is well balanced. Brand new, it lives up to its hype for acceleration, range, speed and available functions. The lights on this scooter make it reasonable for nighttime or low-light use. The headlight is sufficient to see and be seen. The blinkers are cute, but I don't know that they are extremely practical. The fingerprint reader and connected app are very good upgrades and they work reasonably well... I have not had any issues with either that I've not been able to self-correct. Keep the user guide, YouTube videos AND other product reviews handy for FAQs. The company was not immediately available for my questions by WhatsApp, but that's due to the Chinese New Year celebration ongoing... but a 2-week absence for any personalized support is a lot.The charger is fine - nothing special. Charging time from empty to full is as expected at multiple hours. Range is as expected with a full charge. Weight bearing is beyond adequate. The shock absorbers are sufficient to sustain a smooth and comfortable ride. Large 10.5" air-filled tires also add to smoothness and stability.Small rubber cover for charging port is inadequate and comes detached easily. This is a concern because you don't want FOD or water entering this port hole on the scooter. I can't see a way to correct this because the material and assembly were very cheap here. The stick-on reflectors are an embarrassment given the lightshow this scooter is created with. Don't expect these sticker reflectors to hold. Once they fall off, it leaves a cheapened look to the bike. Replace with self-trimmed reflective tape once they go.I have no issue with braking from speed, although the faster you're going... obviously the more distance you'll require to stop. Don't expect the scooter to stop on a dime, that's an unreasonable expectation and would result in you losing control and hurting yourself. Riding responsibly goes a long way for overall safety.Quality investment worth minor QC and material flaws.

The CUNFON RZ 800 is a great scooter,has a lot of power and blast to ride, highly recommended , great lighting for riding at night, great price and great battery life and charges in about 8 to 9 hours with 1 bar left out of 6, riders fairly smooth, folds down for transporting, I get about 25 miles on sport mode..probably could get more maybe 28 before recharging. Everyone will be asking hey where can I get one.

Omg! This scooter is absolutely amazing, it has impressive power and feels very sturdy and well-built. I was genuinely surprised by how strong it is, even with two people riding it. The performance and quality are incredible.

Disappointed and Misled β Not Waterproof at AllI bought this electric scooter based on the product listing, which implied it was somewhat waterproof and suitable for light rain or damp conditions. However, when it arrived, I was shocked to find that the manual clearly states not to allow any liquids near the scooter β including rain. This is a complete contradiction to the marketing and feels deliberately misleading.If I had known the scooter couldnβt handle even a splash, I never wouldβve bought it. It makes it practically useless unless you live in a dry climate and never get caught in the rain. For something intended for outdoor use, youβd expect at least some water resistance.Buyers beware: this product is not waterproof or even water-resistant. Save yourself the hassle and look for something with honest specs and proper weather protection. Says in the manual not to even spray with liquid to clean use a damp cloth

Well, pretty impressed. Yes a few pros and cons to look at, Not a judgement or criticism, but an observation to pinpoint out some things that can be improved . (As on vid). But overall, I studied , compared with other scooters , bells and whistles in all. Did that for two weeks, Was hard pressed in my decision making lol. There were so many good things. The main things I look for is the wattage, Volts, battery size, then distance and speed. And definitely has to have shocks. thatβs the main cost in a scooter. Well this scooter had it all. No I know when you buy a product of any kind you usually 90% happy and you have to give or take the 10% of being real and what could be improved, so I give that 10%. itβs not a dealbreaker. when I mentioned some of the things on the video I would still buy it, Not sure , but have to look for an answer for this when something is an 800 watt wheel, you have to look at what dose it perk out to, So if itβs advertise as a 1200 wheel wattage is it really an 800 wattage and perks out to 1200. and if so, whatβs the significance of that? I donβt know be nice to find some feedback on that. I was actually surprised. I went to 50 km an hour on this scooter same speed as my 2300$ ghost five years ago made by Apollo, they have since come down in price, and improved their bike in many ways. What I like about this bike, The cunfon z800 , Best large simplified display Iβve had out of six bikes, Tire grip feels good more than a solid tire would, handle grips, very comfortable design, a larger foot face which I like. Like the fingerprint safety set up, an added bonus , signal back lights.. Feels like a very solid bike had no problem going up hills. I went 15 km yesterday give or take and I only use one bar, my friend on there 5TH WHEEL V40PRO Electric, used all 4 bars of power lol. I do recommend for a bike $1000 and up to get the online insurance which I did not do on my iscooter . used it for one summer and this spring. It did not power up so itβs just sitting here. Very disappointed .I will not get an iscooter again ,thatβs the second one with the same problem. anyhow, I do recommend the bike. Couple of improvements could be made, not a dealbreaker . I focus on the main things on the bike itself, The wattage, the battery power, the vaults distance and speed . Itβs well-made. It has it all in my book , good job thank you.
Great scooter, fantastic customer service
After searching around a while for my new scoot and reading through many reviews, I focused in on this particular model. It looked like a quality unit as the majority of the reviews indicated. So, even though I'd never heard of this manufacturer before, I decided to take a chance on them. I had delivery issues with the initial courier and I was unable to receive my scooter. When I reached out to Cunfon's customer service, they responded right away and were very helpful. They sent a second scooter out with a more reliable courier. In the end I received my order only a few days late.I unboxed my new toy and I was not disappointed. It was packed very well. The scoot is a beast and it's a well made, quality item. It is bigger and heavier (and more stable) than many other scoots I've seen cruising around. The larger, more rugged tires provide extra clearance and traction, making it great for going off road. It has plenty of power as well. I'm a 200 lbs guy and this scooter has no problem getting me up to full speed (50 kph) and barely slows down on moderate inclines. I got about 40 km on the batteries first charge, which is not bad considering the test drive I put it through. The odometer and speed are accurate. The only downsides I found is that it's bigger size and weight make it rather awkward to lug around. It's is a squeeze to get it in my Jeep and hauling it up the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment is an effort. But it's performance is a fair trade off for these minor inconveniences. I absolutely love this scoot so far and I'd highly recommend both Cunfon and their product to anyone looking to upgrade for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend for adults though. This not my daughter's hello Kitty scooter.

great scooter for the price, lots of amazing things built in such as speakers ,Bluetooth , fingerprint lock for security with built in alarm, i love the rear suspension great for high speed shock absorption on the road along with great handling for trails the scooter is built to last and the support team is very responsive and happy to help I'm very pleased well worth the price, a true hidden gem!!!!!!
Cunfon RZ800: Fantastic Scooter, but one little silly annoyance....
I have been using this Scooter for a couple of weeks now. I must say, it's powerful, very nice looking and quite a few nice features that other Scooters lack, for instance: Finger Print startup, built in antitheft siren, lovely looking display unit.I had to take one Star off of the rating for one annoying but not a deal breaker thing, and that is the Delay in Horn.When you press the Horn button, the horn sounds roughly a half second later. This is really weird and I for the life of me do not understand why a Scooter with this caliber should have a flaw like this. I wonder this could be fixed with a firmware update. But, in general, this Scooter is a pretty sweet ride and vey well made and solid.
Great Scooter
I got my CUNFON scooter two months ago, and I am very satisfied by its performance! The battery life is good and lasts exactly as what is mentioned in the description 50km. The phone application is very user-friendly. The additional features such as the fingerprint, the Bluetooth speaker, and led strips, make the scooter a luxurious one. In addition to that, the customer support is very responsive and ready for any kind of assistance. I highly recommend this scooter. Good luck.

I got my CUNFON scooter two months ago, and I am very satisfied by its performance! The battery life is good and lasts exactly as what is mentioned in the description 50km. The phone application is very user-friendly. The additional features such as the fingerprint, the Bluetooth speaker, and led strips, make the scooter a luxurious one.
