Typical urine drug screen for THC. Easy enough to use and read but if you want confirmation, need to send it in and pay. I guess it would be useful as a "pre-test" to any actual test if you have concerns about being positive but again need to send in to be sure. Any outcome not expected could have detrimental consequences.

Really interesting collection kit from what I am used to, but gave accurate and fast results. The box does offer sending your sample off to a lab for additional accurate testing. I am not sure what the price or process is for that testing. Still, this test alone is a rapid test and will give you results via a Control and Test (specimen) line. Unfortuantely the reading manual seldom mentioned how to do just the at-home test portion.

Package contains: sealed test strip embedded cup with lid, instructions- and wait, a box to mail your sample in??? Also a numbered sticker for test anonymity and zip lock to guard against urine leakage in the mail. Hmmm, I thought this was a home test kit with results in 5 mins? There are abbreviated instructs on the box (also a bunch of hilarious 'street names' for weed that I've never ever heard, despite decades of being deep into US cannabis and popular music culture)Anyway, the test seemed easy to use but the results were unclear- I got one bar, which is either positive or invalid...? (Disclosure: my test should be +, I use cannabis at least every 2 or 3 days). According to the instructions an upper bar displays, the test is + or a lower one is invalid and should have had a Cor T marking like a COVID test, but there was no markings on the cup or the encased test strip itself. You can always mail it in but I don't see that timeline working for someone who has take a screening for employment or for a parent who is trying to figure out if their kid is smoking weed.

As a medical laboratory professional, I have run a boatload of immunoassays, for a range of concerns, such as detection of a viral infectious agent, pregnancy tests, stool pathogens, and an array of other tests. In every instance, a control line was required to determine the validity of the test result.With this test kit, according to the manufacturer, a single line on the test strip should be interpreted as a "potential positive:". In a clinical lab, a single line on an immunoassay test strip should either be the control line, which demonstrates that the analyte migration has occurred correctly, or should be an invalid test result, depending on whether the line occurs at the test region or at the control region. But on this immunoassay, there is no indication where the test or control area are located.Sometime screening test can be approved for use if there is a stipulation that the sample be sent into a professional testing facility for further assay, but it's nothing I would have ever wanted to validate in my lab due to the obvious design flaw (the failure to indicate where the test and control regions are). The test and control regions should be clearly indicated, whether on the test strip or on the test vessel.The manufacturer does state that the test is not to be used for diagnostic or clinical purposes, but that tends to ignore how these tests are commonly used.

This review is for the 2San THC Drug Test. This test should have come out positive. We tested 3 days after the control item was imbibed. It did deliver results in 5 min, they just happened to be wrong. You do have the option to send it in to a lab for confirmation but you pay for the postage. Also, defeats the purpose of the whole thing.As far as ease of test, you pee in the cup, cover it and wait. Very simple. Not they need to work on the accuracy.
