This accordion door is functional, pretty and easy to install. My husband and I are not very handy people but this door turned out very nicely for our bathroom/bedroom divider. Now we have privacy and it only took us 5 hours to finish.

I ordered two 36 inch doors for a six foot wide closet. On one door the supple plastic that enables the door to fold had a hole in it. I mounted that door with the flaw at knee level instead of eye level (I didn't want to hassle with sending it back). The doors come with the handle side on the left, so you have to flip one door and move the rollers from one end to the other. That part wasn't hard. The white plastic handles that came with the doors were pretty flimsy and the screws to attach them didn't do the job, so I opted to go to the depot and buy some nicer black metal door handles. To attach the sides of the doors to the jamb you have to pull four plastic clips out of the "anchor panel" and attach them to the jamb with screws. Then the anchor panel is pushed onto the clips until you hear it click in to place. The instructions helped a little, but not much. It came out nice, and I'd have given it a five except for the tear in the door plastic and the cheapy handles. There were also a few barely noticeable gray spots on the the plastic (the same color as the faux wood grain lines). The doors came with a latch, but I left that off since the magnetic strips on each door meet and do a good job of keeping the doors closed. Since the doors attach to each other, I didn't need the extra magnetic panel that comes with the doors.

Easy to cut and fit our space properly. We turned a downstairs space into a temporary bedroom. Works perfectly to the dogs out and added privacy. It’s slim fit has minimal impact on the hall space & astetics of our living room.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to put up and looks great. I wish there was an option to purchase a one peace top rail so there would not be a seam.

It is a nice looking door only problem no hardware came in the box. Makes it difficult to install a bifold door without screws. The size of screws according to the directions there is no screw size. I bought a # 10 1.5" long screws to install the door.
