It seems to work well. Value is fine. Maybe a little pricier than buying in bulk but you can’t find this particular strain at this dose anywhere. Definitely worth trying!

I’ve been taking this for a while now and it’s really helped with both gut and dental health. I’m on my third bottle and definitely notice a difference when I stay consistent.Easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and I love that it includes prebiotic fiber too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for daily digestive support.

I saw a video about this being a super health gut bacteria and I'm one to try just about anything that sounds legit. I've had digestive issues pretty much all of my life...I swear this bacteria has eliminated all of my gut issues from the very first capsule and continues to do so for the last year of taking 1 capsule every night before bed. I've suggested it to friends and those who listened have had the same results. I've stocked my cabinet and pray to God they never stop producing this little wonder!!Update 3/16/2025...this stuff keeps getting better!! I've recently discovered that I am no longer lactose intolerant!! I mean no sign of a problem whatsoever eating full on dairy!! I've eaten ice cream, cheesecake, "what kind of cheese is this"...doesn't matter...cause now I can eat it without having to think about it!! I feel like a food spell has been lifted off of me!! Lol!! 🪄🍨 And although I won't make a habit of indulging in these treats...it sure feels good to know that I can without paying a heavy and immediate price!!

I haven’t been taking them long enough to know if they are making a difference but the information provided says some of them at least are absorbed in the intestines, which is terrific as many brands are apparently absorbed only in the stomach. They were delivered quickly and well packaged. Hopefully they are working well.
