The Clean notification was flashing and I needed a descaler to clean it. this one was reasonably priced, a bulk purchase so I didn't have to worry for the next time, and delivered quickly.I followed the directions and ran the formula through our machine, it cleaned it well, rinsed twice - although once is as directed, and our coffee tastes great again.recommend to clean your coffee maker.

Worked well. Easy to follow directions. A little deceptive in how it is presented, it looked like it was made in the USA, but actually it's just another product made in China.

Got this stuff because I didn't think the vinegar was doing anything. Well, I was right, I followed the instructions on how to use this, but the only thing different that I did was stop the process from time to time and let it soak. Finally, when I did the rinse, I had chucks of stuff come out, minerals that were building up inside. Now the coffee maker seems to be a bit faster and the coffee tastes better. This descaler works like nobody's business very happy with the results.
