In my case, hormone therapy did not help with the achiness and gave me acne. (ugh) This supplement did help within 10 days the achy, soreness... joints and muscles. I still have hot flashes occasionally, but not like when they first started.

Hormones can be fun when they aren’t being shaken up and tossed in the air everyday. Solaray stages has helped calm the crazy and bring peace to my emotions. This product works. I've been dealing with perimenopause for a while now and I can say this this works! I've tried some many things for the hot flashes and night sweats only to have little to no results. BUT THIS!! YES!! After the first try, I felt better. I still had the hot flashes, but it wasn't happening as frequently, and I slept. I mean real sleep. I didn't wake up in a pool of sweat but just a mist or none at all. I also find that I'm not waking up at crazy hours of the night because my cortisol decided to make sleeping a stressful moment. The ingredients were what my body needed to calm down.I'm not going to say that this will work for everyone, but it did work for me and the price is way better than just buying a single bottle of one ingredient for one symptom.Ladies who's are in the same boat that I'm in, give it a try. I hope it works for you.
