So I stopped listening to people on the internet who said driers are a waste of money and went ahead and got one. After months of failed prints with no help from flashforge even online I bought it. I’ve got it this morning hooked it up and I’ve been making perfect prints all day and for the first time in months I was able to print directly to the baseplate without using a rift which yes they are needed at times but it’s a lot of wasted filament and a pain to get off ur print. But the other thing is I moved from Reno nv a very dry area to St. Louis mo a very humid area and this drier has my prints coming out like they did in nv so yes humidity plays a huge roll in ur prints and a drier is well worth the buy

Its working as expected, it powered on with no issues and began heating up quickly. It's not loud, not much louder than my printer itself, so I can be in the same room as it and it won't bother me. I'll update this review if anything goes wrong.

This is the solution you need for failing filament that bubbles and pops when coming out the hot end. Don't go up the cost ladder to better and better dryers unless you are running a farm. This unit sufficiently gets all the moisture out of the filament, and ready for use/dry storage. Setting the heat and time is pretty clunky, but it's not hard.It's also very compact, and doesn't hog up space.

After using it a few times I can confirm that the humidity sensor after first use consistently reads 15%. I noticed a few other reviewers mentioning this. Otherwise it seems to work as intended and it was fairly cheap so that's my only complaint

Muy útil
Funciona bien, he podido rescatar filamento que venía con humedad, se nota el cambio en la calida de impresión despues de procesarlo en la caja. Es recomendable ver la tabla de temperaturas y tiempo para cada material que viene impresa en la hoja. Los únicos contra que he visto hasta ahora es que el manual no viene en español, el orificio por donde sale el filamento no parece muy resistente y que el indicador de humedad en tiempo real no parece que realmente funcione.
It works, but its not a good experience
End of the day this works for what you need, and at least when I purchased it it was one of if not the cheapest dryer avalible so if you just need a cheap option this is a fine unit.That being said, the experience is just bad in so many ways.- Single knob menu - This just doesn't allow intuitive navigation and will require a few minutes to figure out.- The knob actively makes it hard/impossible to click in - The knob (the bit the connects to the potentiometer) is poorly sized and it interferes with the ability to press the knob in, especially when the dryer doesn't have a filament roll in it, where the push in pressure is greater then the weight of the unit. Removing the knob and just using the bare potentiometer makes it 100x better.- Screen is unreadable from anything except straight on viewing - Just makes it a pain, I have to lift the whole unit up and to my eye level in order to see the screen and change settings, or crouch down to the level of the desk its sitting on. Personally this is a major flaw because small LCD with decent viewing angles are dirt cheap and skimping here or the uber low quality screen is just actively harming the user experience in order to save pennies per unit.Things that are annoying but not objectively bad:- Would like it if the temp settings and time for different filament was written right on the enclosure for easy reference. I ended up taping the included print out to the unit, which works, but looks tacky.- Would like a second horizontal output for the filament, the size of this unit means the filament is weirdly constrained when hooked up to my A1 mini, if there was another output coming out the front or back side of the unit instead of just on the top this wouldn't be a issue at all. Easy DIY fix tho so meh.2.5/5 - I wouldn't buy it again but its not flawed enough to make me return it.

Does the job, controls could be more intuitive
I think this represents a good value - it does the job rather well and seems to be quite solid. My biggest gripe are the controls - I find them to needlessly confusing to operate and I'm never quite sure if it's accepted my input or not. I think this would be rather easy fix and if this were done, I would definitely give it five stars.
