Honestly, I was able to get some excellent sleep, even with all the distractions and noise on the plane. I didn’t feel groggy when I woke up, which is a big plus when traveling across time zones. Works, but not as well as NyQuil
I bought these because I have a hard time sleeping when traveling. I wanted to try and avoid NyQuil and only use it when I also have pain from menstruation, or am sick. The ZzzQuil made me drowsy, but didn't quite knock me out the way NyQuil does. The first night, I tried just one pill and it didn't do much. The second night, I tried two pills, and it seemed to work a bit better. I didn't notice a "hangover" the next morning. I'll probably use the rest of the pills in the box, but I'll be restocking my NyQuil stash for nights when I really need to prioritize good sleep.
