Update: Dec 11, 2023. I had purchased two of these and one decided to lock-up after one month with very little use. I couldn't even get it to boot...it would freeze during the Bios. I thought that I would take a chance and contact the company that sold it through Bolo. To my surprise, they were just excellent. There were no excuses or accusations that I had done something wrong. They asked me to ship it back to them and they emailed me a shipping label. They stayed in touch with me once they received it and had it back to me within three weeks. It's working fine now and my original profile was still on it. In a day with terrible service, it's very refreshing to find a company that stands behind what they sell and do everything possible to make the customer happy. I don't need to buy computers often, but when I do, I'll be sure to buy one from them. Thanks.I finally needed a laptop for travel as I'm really a desktop guy. I've worked with laptops for work, but haven't owned one myself in a long time. I purchased this one for the price point and the specs (especially the 16 GB of RAM). The computer arrived quickly and the computer has been working fine. It doesn't respond like it has 16GB of RAM, but it is still fast enough. I mostly work with online applications and streaming video and it works fine. I don't really have anything negative to say about it, especially at the $260 price range.

High contrast is an element that's important for working efficiently on your computer while not straining to see. The best contrast on your keyboard is a black background on the keys, with white characters, or arguably, vice-versa. With high contrast, we easily see the keys we need and can work painlessly.I bought this computer in the pink color as that was the only one available for next-day shipping. I'd never owned a computer in anything but black/white/gray, so it didn't even occur to me that the contrast could be a problem with this model. Surely you can trust the computer companies to take care of things like this, right? It's such a simple thing, and so easy and cheap to take care of. Make the characters darker, or the keys lighter, or to be sure, do both!Wrong. This pink nightmare is as low-contrast as you get. Mauve keys are matched with gray letters, numbers, and symbols. When you sit up straight to type, the right side of the keyboard virtually vanishes. It's almost impossible to type when the keys seem blank. If you stick your face right above the keys, and sit hunched over, it's fine - you can see all the keys. That's not a good way to type!After chatting at length with hp, it came down to it's my problem and I'll have to buy a new skin for the keyboard. Anyone with one brain cell would be able to see the problems with this keyboard, but instead of fixing it, they shove the problem off onto consumers who were foolish enough to buy an HP product. Great customer service, HP!I bought this computer as a temporary laptop to use as my other computer is dying. I need something to use while I research what to get for my next, more powerful, computer. HP could have gained a new, loyal customer. Instead they've lost me for life over a cheap, poorly-designed laptop.I was going to leave all my typos in so you could see how hard it is to type blind. But I figured Bolo wouldn't publish something almost unreadable.Please don't buy this computer. Bye-bye HP.

Great little laptop for the price. If you’re looking to only use this for light office 365 work, such as word or excel, this is the laptop for you. If you’re looking to run multiple programs, graphics, or gaming software, keep looking. I bought this to use in my search for a new job. No touch screen. It’s durable, I’ve dropped it once and nothing is cracked or broken. Battery life is adequate, but like I said, I’m not working it very hard.

I love my new laptop and it is easy to use. It's functioning pretty well. There's no touch screen and you can play games on this laptop. I use the wifi, and the speed is great. The battery on this laptop, it goes by fast when you use it, I have to charge it like every two hours but overall I love it and I would recommend you guys to get the rose gold laptop. This is the legit. Thank you Bolo you are amazing

I loved the color, the size and everything. Its size makes it easier for me to be comfortable when traveling or taking it with me somewhere. Working with it is very easy because it is easy to use - it does not require much preparation to its use - it is very practical to carry out any task from wherever you need it

I got this laptop not even a year ago, it has done only what I need which is I use it for school work and Google. It's like immediately after the warranty is out it glitches when I pick it up. The mousepad is super sticky. To the point I had to buy a wireless mouse because I simply couldn't click ANYTHING. Now don't get me wrong it's lasted me about a year and the things messing up are slight inconveniences for most. For me. That's annoying. I spend almost $300 on a laptop to help with school work and its already messing up. They really just don't make them like they use to. The quality is pretty poor for how much you're paying and how long it works.
