They stick firmly without irritating the skin and deliver even, effective stimulation. I’ve reused them several times and they still hold up great. Highly recommended for TENS or EMS therapy!

EMS machine Was recommended by physical therapist.Have been using EMS mode daily for 30 minutes twice a day since machine arrival on March 11th to help nerves in my legs. Started out using twice a day, now once a day. Have noticed a distinct difference/improvement when walking. It functions as advertised. Great value for money.Hubby has used it on back and he too experienced improvement, less stiffness and less pain. Only wish it provided anssorted size electrodes in the package. I purchased more for minimal price. I’m going to research for larger self adhesive electrodes.So far does the job completely. O yeah easy to setup. Don’t know about durability bec I’ve only had it a few weeks and after all it is plastic ;-).
