They completely exceeded expectations. First, they came in the width I needed (33") so no custom order! They look custom though, or at least semi, with the grosgrain trim. Second, they were incredibly easy to install. I mounted them inside the window frame, and already had roman shades mounted similarly with snap brackets, so didn't even have to drill new holes. The old ones came down and new ones went up with the same screws in the same holes. Third, they are very effective blackout shades and function beautifully. The blackout lining is a completely separate layer and is where you attach the pull at the bottom so it is hidden! They are spring loaded and cordless, so you just give the pull a little tug and they raise themselves slowly and the folds lay perfectly. The room has high ceilings and daughter is short, so this is especially good for her. The only other non-custom shades I have seen that function like these are at least 3x the cost through a major home retailer. I ordered these specifically because of their measurements, features, and the grosgrain trim- my prior experience with plain inexpensive roman shades is that ultimately, they look cheap, but these having the trim is a major upgrade AND the rest of the shade is so nice, I bet the plain versions also are fantastic. I may need them in other rooms!

These are really nice blinds. It took me a minute to figure out the blinds click on to the bracket. Once I figured that out it was super easy to install.I bought 2 more.

The pink ribbon does not go across the top like shown in the picture. Only on sides and bottom of shade so it looks weird and unfinished . Also more of a grey white than a true white. Returned item.

Wow! These are amazing quality easy to install easy to operate. Pink band just delicate and sweet accent. Blackout shade works fantastic for the price point. Quite the deal… Buying some more for another room!
