When i first recieved my fireplace did it not work and i was very disappointed . I emailed customer service and they arranged to ship a replacement right away . The replacement came 5 days later and it works perfectly . I love the firepace !! I have a very old big bulky electric fireplace and it slid right in and looks great !!! The heater works great and warmed up my small apartment on a cold spring morning that Ohio thought was still winter with some light snow .

I have an old fireplace I remodeled and fixed. The old fireplace insert heater went out . I didn't want a whole new set so I took a chance on this.I am so glad I did. It not only fits perfectly it is so beautiful and warm. It has a thermostat that you can set along with lights on or off in 3 different dims. This will run you out with the heat if you don't put on thermostat. It works super I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will definitely buy this again if this one goes out. It keeps your electric bill down also by turning off and on with thermostat. Plus my cats live it lol.It keeps us all cozy and warm. It's a great buy and took 5 min to install super easy. Buy it you won't regret it. Also it works on a regular 110 wall outlet 3 prong.

Heater works perfect. The initial fireplace had a much nicer flame image. This looks much more fake.

This thing is great! I live in an RV full time and I put this inside one of my cabinets that I have on the floor. My RV is 27” long and it kept my place warm when we got under 32° in the winter.
