I was really hopeful for this product. My 1 year old Maltese mix dog has the itchiest skin. I have tried multiple shampoos, ointments, special foods but the itching still persists. There was so many positive reviews that it almost seemed like a no brainer to try. Upon opening them I noticed there was a very unique smell. I assumed it was just from all of the added benefits but now I’m wondering if maybe this is a bad batch? My dog was hesitant on eating them but did end up eating it. However, they have made my dog so extremely sick. 5 days in and he has constant diarrhea, no energy, sometimes wouldn’t even be able to get up before going to the bathroom. The vet told us to immediately stop the product. My poor boy does not normally have any type of reactions to foods, so it was pretty easy to tell right away what was causing all of his problems. I was very frustrated to find out that this item is non returnable as well. I would definitely advise away from ordering this.

There was a mix up with this order. I ordered one and received two and was charged for two. The chews smell rancid. All 3 dogs wouldnt touch them. When I picked one up it crumbled in my fingers. This is non refundable which I missed when I ordered and that's likely because they are old stock. Won't be buying this product again.Update...Company did reach out about our experience and we came to a resolve which I'm thankful for. After reading a few recent lower star reviews, it seems there's a possibility of a quality issue with a particular batch considering the other glowing reviews. Because of the stellar customer service, I'm adding stars to my review as it may be a fluke. Maybe in the future we will give this another try. The vet gave our dog Apoquel for the itching when she wouldn't try these.
