These are just okay. I had high hopes, but I’ve been running into a frustrating issue—the TRX straps don’t stay at the level I set them. No matter how carefully I adjust them, they tend to slip during use, which really interrupts the flow of my workout and raises safety concerns.The overall build quality seems fine at first glance, but if the straps won’t hold their position, that’s a pretty big flaw for equipment that relies on stability. I’m still on the fence, but I’m seriously considering sending them back. For the price, I expected better performance and reliability.

These straps provided needed assistance with exercises during my rehab after three hip surgeries. They are sturdy and can be used with confidence.
