Great machine. Tons of accessories I'll never use, but for the creative they would be great. I gave 5 stars, though 4 might have been appropriate, because the auto needle threader is more tricky than I would like. It is difficult to use. I called Singer to get a manual. They sent me a link along with a couple videos demonstrating threading, etc. You will definately want to do that, too. The videos are clear and helpful. The manual is thorough and much needed. I am an experienced sewer, yet needed those details for this new machine.I had a Singer for 50 plus years! Sewed my sons clothes and created quilts, etc. With all those memories I was sad to replace it. But it would cost more to repair the old than to buy new. I wanted another Singer because mine had lasted so long!This machine is so much more powerful. I'm sewing a waterproof canvas patio cover. Incredibly better. I've sewn more than half on the old machine; and now, with this new machine, it stitches so easily! The straight stitches are a breeze, the added bulk of tie-down grips are much easier as the machine feels like its simply straight stitching rather than bogging and trudging through thickness. Awesome!I am very happy with this new machine and anticipate years of use.

Decided I was going to learn to sew. This has been great for fabric, it went through leather, but I would not use it to make leather seats for a car. That is a different machine need.

I purchased this machine in January 2024 , I have tried to use it a few times, it works great for a few , then it starts jamming up in the bobbin area, I have removed bobbin, and have adjusted the bobbin base and put it back together, it sews great for a few and then does it again, I have changed bobbins, re wound bobbins, changed needles, changed the spool of thread, etc... I do not recommend this machine unless you have a singer dealer on hand, I am almost 2 hours away from the nearest one. Really is frustrating that this is considered a heavy duty machine, and I'm only peicing quilt blocks, well not many because i spend more time trying to trouble shoot this machine than sewing with it. If your heavy Duty is working great for you, perfect, mine is not. :(

What is sewing machine for my grandson? He is the designer he loves. It works great for him. That’s what he expected to do. So easy to thread. He said all the functions perfectly and it’s got a lot of power behind it. He can so whatever he needs. He’s sold seats for his dad’s boat.

The storage box already has cracks. Also, there is a scratch on the top surface of the machine. It seems to have been used before.

This Singer machine is GREAT !! Have had Bernina, Baby Locke & other Singer machines in the past. At 80 I am not doing as much various types, but if I were this machine would meet all my needs except embroidery. Highly recommend and a reasonable price !!

Singer Heavy duty sewing machine HD6380M
I bought this from Bolo US. The machine is good in quality. When I received the machine, I checked it and found a manufacturing fault, due to which I had to return it. I also made a video of the fault, but there is no option to upload it on the return page or the review page here. Earlier, I had ordered 4432 model heavy duty shaving machine from Bolo US. It also had a manufacturing fault, due to which I returned it. There is no service support for this machine in Saudi Arabia, so that it can be repaired onsite. Therefore, through this review, I request the seller to open the box of the machine before dispatch and get it properly checked by an expert so that any future problem can be solved and both the seller and the buyer can save time. This machine is delivered here ten days after the order and if we return it, then the further process takes another ten days, due to which valuable time of both parties is wasted.

Great machine
Just newish to seeing and I love this machine. Works amazing and it is able to handle those heavier fabrics really well. The only thing is I have a hard time getting to bobbin house out to oil it.

Bought this for my mom as a gift she makes parkas and different things she seems to be quite pleased with it.
