I love this pad! Drapes beautifully over neck, top of shoulders and upper back. The heat is even and very healing. To soothe my upper arm, I just unsnap it and slide it around to cover the arm. I lay it opened out on the thigh muscle that was injured in a fall and the even heating has helped it heal. I also slide it down my back with the neck piece at the top to heat my low back and hips. The shape surprisingly wraps around while the neck piece reaches just above my waist. Very soothing and comforting when the aches get to me. I use it every night.

I have always struggled with getting heat to my upper back and shoulder area to holit the knots I frequently get. The heating pad gets plenty hot and heats the upper back, shoulder, and neck area perfectly all at once. This was the first time I have been able to hit all my trouble spots at once. The only improvement I could suggest is to make it heavier to give more pressure and heat where you need it.

The only reason this doesn't get five stars from me is because I'd like for it to have a little bit more weight. HOWEVER, I would never make it through some shifts if I didn't know this was waiting for me at home. I love that it automatically shuts down, preventing any damage. I no longer have to use random clips or other things to try to get my heating pad to stay in place.

Woke up with very stiff neck that didn't go awayBeen using this pad for few weeks and love love the design how it stays in place and concentrates heat in all the right areas. Would recommend to anyone needing heat relief for neck or shoulders

I got this specifically for it’s design to help with constant neck and shoulder pain. It heats up quick, has multiple heat settings and times. I usually use the 2 hour time limit and a 6 heat level. Have been really happy with how it wraps around my neck and shoulders. Seems to be quality made and easy to throw in washer.

Heats up really well. The only problem is that it does not fit snugly around my neck and it had to be held onto for any kind of relief from the pain in my neck. Overall very satisfied with it.

This heating pad was used to relieve shoulder pain. It was used every day and worked very well. I especially liked that there was 6 levels of heat. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone that requires heat in their upper body

120 voltage while in UAE we use 220 Volts so I cant use it
