While we all do our best to eat healthy (no junk food, no processed food, no added salt/sugar, etc.) the vitamins would at least supply anything missing from the overall diet. Some of this may be a placebo effect but nonetheless we have them on our Subscribe & Save list.

I purchased this after a friend of mine told me to give it a try. Let me say, the first 14 days of taking this, I couldn't stand the bubble gut I was experiencing and was about ready to give these up. I'm glad I stuck to it and changed when I took these. It's best to take them after your dinner meal. I'm now subscribed to receive these every 2 months and have also recommended these to several other people. These have worked wonders for me and the biggest change I've noticed is going from 2 bowel movements per week to 6 bowel movements per week. I feel so much better when taking these and will continue to take them.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product came highly recommended from a friend. Within two days of taking my leg cramps went away at night. I would buy it again it's not like other magnesium products.

I’ve had these on subscription for years at this point. Started when I was pregnant with my first and had horrible insomnia, and they worked wonderfully to help with that. My OB said to take 300mg of magnesium, so I appreciate I’m getting a pregnancy-safe dose. Love the brand and the quality.However, my most recent bottle came with a bit of a different looking formula. Pictured, a capsule from my last bottle (brighter, lighter) next to a capsule from my newest bottle (more gray with black specks). Would definitely appreciate reassurance from the company that these are safe to take if there was a formula change, or a new bottle if not. I am pregnant so clarity on the safety of this batch would be wonderful.If you're looking for magnesium to help you fall and stay asleep, this formula is great. If you decide on a different brand, just be sure you’re prioritizing magnesium glycinate, as there are many different forms of magnesium. Citrate can be a mild stimulant for some people, so if you get that form, it could do the opposite of help you to sleep.

I’ve tried a few magnesium supplements and these particular ones made me feel incredibly tired.
