The media could not be loaded. Measurements given on website are great! We replaced a no longer functional fireplace in a cute wood cabinet that we love. It fit perfect! Turned it on and it works very well putting out great heat and it is a pretty fire. Very pleased with delivery and first day of operation! Hope it lasts at least as long as the original!

The product seems great, would purchase again if needed. There seemed to be something triggering the heat to turn off unexpectedly. The seller was extremely quick and responsive in working toward a resolution.

It was difficult to receive this fireplace insert ! First it was lost then all the sudden it just appeared so it was a headache , so down the line people not doing there job this seller did give a 10 dollar credit but what a pain

Great product, Simple to install with just 4 screws. Very quiet with high bright flames effect in background along with slightly Cracklin of the wood burning fireplace. Great for Winter Christmas times.

Item comes true to size / measurements. the "flames" work really well on all three settings, the temp settings are also very easy to understand and use. It's looks will blend into most furniture colors.

Nearly returned this as measurements/ flanges shown were unclear as to proper mounting dimensions. I had to find a way to raise the top of the receiving box so as not to cover the heater blower. Once I figured that out, the firebox fit was OK. I just had to find a way to hide the resulting gaps at the upper corners. I'm very happy now with its appearance and operation.
This is a GREAT fireplace insert.
More than happy with this product. Fits perfectly into my corner oak fireplace cabinet. Came nicely packaged and was extremely easy to install. Manual is clear and concise. Materials on the insert are solid and well made. Everything works as it should. Also, it is very quiet and pleasing to look at. For the price, I am very pleased with this product.
Works Great!
I bought this to go in my entertainment centre, as I no longer have a DVD player or even a TV on it. Fits nicely once I took one shelf out! Took awhile to figure out how to turn the heat off, but I did it. If I do use the heat function, I would have to open the door. I mainly bought it for the flame effect.ETA: One thing I noticed, that when I put it in flame mode only, the heat still cuts in and out. I haven't figured out a way to stop this.

The media could not be loaded. I'm was a bit Leary at first but it is just like the pictures. Easy to insert. Nice amount of heat that comes out. The unit does not have a lot of depth so it can be pushed over if you’re not careful. It comes with screws to secure in a space that you put it in. The space I have is slightly too large but I cannot find an insert that fits exactly in the Tv stand space. This one is pretty close though. It is surprisingly quiet with the heat on. My other insert was much louder. Very pleased with my purchase. Good quality for the price. I had an insert with the crystals but I found that it was a pain to keep the inside of the glass clean. The crystals kept falling between the glass and the bottom. I really like the log fireplaces. It’s more realistic and makes my room feel more cozy when it’s on.
