One of the best things about it is that it dissolves smoothly and instantly in my coffee vs so many other brands that clump. Great product.

I got this for my mom. It’s still pretty early so I can’t say whether she’s notified a real difference but she has me try it and it definitely has a marine taste.

I've tried a couple of other hair, skin nails collagen supplements and was unable to continue taking them due ti side effects. I've been taking this one for 3 weeks now and so far so good. I started low dose and have increased it and still doing well. Got a randim complement on my skin yesterday, so there's that. Hoping, long term, there's some joint and tendon benefit. I like that it has the addition of vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid.As others have said, taste and texture are unnoticeable. I put mine in my morning coffee.UDATE: After looking at the label more closely, I notice there is also a high dose of Vitamin E - completely unnecessary, and potentially harmful for long term use of this product. I will be looking for another brand while I finish the box I have currently. I'm sad.
