A lot of stylists have said that they have seen such thick hair. That being said I like to comb the conditioner through my hair in the shower. I have tried everything from no tangle combs to wet brushes to just using my fingers. All of them feel like I am ripping and breaking my hair. It takes forever to get my hair detangled.I saw this brush on a local talk show and thought I would try it just for the benefit of massaging my scalp. I thought there was NO WAY that this little brush with these type of bristles would get through my hair. Wrong. When I opened up the package I noticed that the bristles were thicker and sturdier than a regular comb or brush. They aren't flexible. I tried it for the first time and what do you know? I plastered on my conditioner and this thing detangled my hair effortlessly!! Such a small thing but I buy so many things just to be disappointed. It also feel so good on your scalp! Great find, I highly recommend!

I use this brush to lather in several products that I use. It's nice and soft and the tender bristles really massage my scalp, which feels really nice. It's easy to hold even with soapy hands and it's an excellent value for the price. I suggest using this with several of the natural avocado and tea tree oil hair products. 5 stars.

this scalp massager feels so nice to use while shampooing and always makes my hair feel lighter and cleaner. it helps so much with any buildup on the scalp, and makes the cleanliness last longer after use

It seems like scrubbing your scalp with your fingers should be enough. But this scalp scrubber is so much better. It is relaxing and makes your scalp feel even better than just using your fingers. It works great on short hair. It is durable so far. It is really easy to use. However, when I gave one to my daughter who has long thicker hair she said it did not work as well for her as it was tangling her hair and not fun to use.

If you have thick, curly, long hair, or your kids do, think 3a-3C, or you have locs, this will change your shampoo efficiency. Shampooing the hair only gets you so far. You have to be able to clean your scalp. Kids are impatient so being able to be quick and not "scratching me" is important because the last please, at least I, want a power struggle with a child is in the tub after an already long day.I have mature locs. I would not recommend this is you're just starting your loc journey but if your locs are mature, this is a game changer for scalp hygiene. And you'll see it if you lay on the tub to wash your hair like I do. The first time will probably be absolutely disgusting if you normally maintain your own locs because it's just really hard to get to all the scalp. This is a game changer.

It feels fantastic on my scalp!! This really leaves my hair and head feeling incredibly clean. I was pleasantly surprised! I just bought it so my nail polish wouldn’t chip off so fast. So, I bought another one to use when I bathe my dogs! I love it!!
