The media could not be loaded. Not too heavy to carry in, simple setup and long enough cord. I really love the ambience it creates. It could be just a tad but brighter but it's definitely a good little item. Price wasn't too bad either. I'm enjoying it!
Realistic fireplace insert
I love it I had a beautiful piece of furniture with an insert that didn’t work anymore and couldn’t find the right suave inser to replace it. So when I found this I was very pleased. It heats our whole Condo, 947 sq. Ft.The only thing I wish I had got one with a remote controlPerfect for people that have the old cabinets that held TV’s, you can put this in the opening.

No remote included but I still love it and Price was right. Looks amazing when in use.Actually surprised at how good it looks… I had a stand alone one before from duraflame. It was more than double the price and the flames did not look as good as with this insert unit.Heats the living room space really well.Would recommend .😊
Great Service
Throws amazing heat! Working with this company is above and beyond. Both toggle switches failed unfortunately. The great thing is this company replaced the unit for free. They were easy and prompt when I wrote to them. So, the first unit may not have been perfect, but their customer service is above and beyond!
