I have thick, straight, low porosity asian hair that is a bit damaged from a perm and one application of at-home box hair dye (popular Japanese brand). My hair is noticeably damaged a frizzy at the ends. This Dr. Groot hair treatment works really well for my hair and makes it look and feel soft, shiny, smooth without making my hair feel heavy or flat (keeps the volume though I don’t really need it lol). Scalp feels clean and moisturized. Has a pleasant, clean, earthy scent that is not too strong. Bit pricey but might be worth it. Will definitely be using this for a while.

I’ve been using the Dr. Groot Miracle in Shower Treatment for a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in the health and smoothness of my hair. The formula is lightweight and easy to apply in the shower, and it only takes a few seconds to work. My scalp feels refreshed and less irritated, and my hair looks shinier and feels stronger. Do note it has a warming feeling after applied which is nice. The addition of rosemary oil gives it a soothing scent and promotes a clean, revitalized feeling. It’s especially great for anyone dealing with hair thinning or breakage. I also appreciate that it’s dermatologically tested and gentle enough for sensitive scalps.

This hair serum feels AMAZING the moment you get it on your head! It warms up very quickly so I recommend that you apply it directly from the bottle straight to your hair/scalp. A little at a time seems to be working for me. Mind you i have short hair. I quickly start massaging the product into my scalp and hair and it instantly feels great! The fragrance is also wonderful! Clean, and citrus, and maybe a bit of floral. After I rinse it our I can immediately feel the difference in my hair. Softer, seems to be fuller, and overall healthier. Im definitely purchasing it again with the shampoo.

This has been my 3rd purchase of this product. I now can't live without it for several reasons. It works really well with their shampoo. It's the only conditioner that truly softens my hair without weighing it down or causing build up. Most importantly, there is a visible sign of hair growth in length and in scalp areas that showed visible thinning.

I bought this treatment after hearing all the hype and hoping it would be the magical fix for the frustrating hair shedding I’ve been dealing with over the past year. Sadly… the search continues. 😩Did it stop my hair from falling out? Nope. The shedding is still going strong, even after two months of consistent use. BUT! Not all is lost! It did leave my hair feeling so silky and soft, which honestly made me wish it had worked for the shedding too. I loved how smooth my hair felt after every rinse. Definitely a nice bonus!As for the texture and scent: it squeezes out like a thinner, clear fluid but thickens as you work it into your hair. It has a herby, slightly medicinal smell (not overpowering), and I didn’t mind it. Instructions were a little vague, so I personally left it in for about five minutes each time.Overall, it was just… okay. I really wanted to love it, especially after seeing so many rave reviews, but for me, it didn’t live up to the hype in terms of hair fall control. Still, if you’re looking for something to make your hair feel soft and smooth, it might still be worth a try!

Spa-Like Miracle for My Hair and Scalp

Great for Scalp, but requires some patience.

Great Product; however, I would use it with a grain of salt.I currently have oily black and curly hair at the age of 20-25 (Male); this Product was great for my scalp and removed a lot of the build-up that I was previously unable to remove for the last few years using shampoos, conditioners and masks from other well-known brands.My curly hair is usually more curled after this Product, so it retains its natural shape, and there are no concerns. Note that it did reduce the shine of my hair; however, using a conditioner after using this Product easily fixed it.The major con is that using the Product causes hair loss for the first month; my hair was visibly thinner; however, after this period of 'purging', it started to grow back even thicker and filled in the gaps quite nicely.So, if you are buying and using the Product, I suggest continuous use of 1 or 2 times a week for the first two months to see the full effect on your hair since it requires some patience to see the change. I usually use the product on my hair after shampooing it and before applying the conditioner.
