SAFRTY PROTECTION
- The fryers will automatically shut off when the temperature is over 240°C (464°F)
- If you find the fryer not working properly, please try to find the reset button and remove the black switch cap and press the reset button down and place the switch cap back on and secure by screwing clockwise.
30 Minutes Timer
Rotate the timer dial to the desired time. When the desired time or desired temperature reaches, there will be a “DING” sound to remind you and the fryer will cutoff power automatically.
TIPS: The green button is the timer switch.
Use the timer function: Open the green button + turn the timer knob + turn the temperature knob
Without timer function: Close the green button + turn the temperature knob
Timer function: Timer ends, fryer stops heating
An Oil Drain Tap
A convenient spigot to empty out used oil.
