I mainly used it for my daily commute for several weeks, and it is really effortless and even faster than a vehicle due to highly traffic during rush hours. I also tried to ride it on a hill road for 12 miles round trip without any problems. It has three riding modes and my favorite is the electric-only mode, as that is the most effortless but for fewer miles! While, whenever I’m heading downhill, I switch to pedal assist mode to have the right amount of control and be safe. In my daily commute, I’ve found that pedal assist 3rd gear is the sweet spot. It’s not too much effort, but I still get a bit of a workout in. On weekends, I like taking it to the park. I switch it to regular bike mode and just pedal around, enjoying the scenery. It’s so relaxing! I also have to rave about the comfort. The seat and shock absorbing fork? Even after hours of riding, my butt doesn’t get sore. Plus, the battery life is robust and easy to remove for a charge. I probably charge it twice a week which is very acceptable. So far, it has been a great and efficient tool for my commute and I just hope it could durable.

This bike and GoTrax actually exceeded my expectations.It came boxed up really well and everything was protected. Set up was also really easy because tools and instructions were provided, and the finer points were already well adjusted from the factory on this one.This was a Christmas gift for a teen, but I did get to ride it and was well impressed with the ease and power and range, especially for a 240# guy.Fast forward and there was a problem that needed parts. I was so surprised to find that Lydia in the after sale, customer service knew exactly what to do and what to send and also did so extremely quickly!! I could not be more pleased with the GoTrax product and then the support on the product afterwards.We will definitely be buying GoTrax products in the future as a result of the great product for a good price, and fantastic customer service experience with Lydia that we have received!

I purchased this ebike because when I was younger I enjoyed riding as my main form of transportation. Even if I had the stamina I had back then I don't have the time to travel and the places I need/want to go are farther away. This bike really helps with getting to those places in a reasonable time and level of difficulty.There are 3 basic modes: no assist, assist while pedaling, and throttle drive. I usually have it on the second mode because I need and appreciate the help while still pedaling to control when the drive kicks in. That way the battery isn't taxed and I can travel further distances.To me this ebike feels more like a bicycle as opposed to a motorized scooter. It still allows me to exercise while getting where I need to go. The frame is comfortable and easy to mount and dismount and has a front fork shock absorber to help with bumps. The bike as a whole is not impossibly heavy to lift like some other ebikes. I like that the battery is removeable with a key and can be charged while detached so I can park the bike where I'd like and not just where the outlet is.Assembly was fairly easy and took less than an hour. The ebike shipped mostly together and just needed to get the front wheel, pedals and light on while adjusting the handlebars and seat to their correct positions. All the tools needed were provided and the packaging kept all the parts undamaged.

I bought this electric bike for myself, and it’s been a really solid choice so far. The 350W motor is more powerful than I expected, it handles hills pretty well, I barely have to pedal unless I want the workout. The top speed is about 20mph, which is plenty for city riding. I really like the riding comfort too. The seat is adjustable, and I played with the handlebar angle to find a position that felt right for me. The front shock absorber makes a difference when I hit a bump or curb. It’s not a mountain bike, but it handles uneven streets and light gravel paths just fine.The size is great for adults, I’m 5’9” and had no issue adjusting the seat to fit comfortably. It feels sturdy but not heavy, and the motor makes riding up small inclines feel effortless. The three riding modes are really useful. If I’m just heading to the store or post office, I usually use pedal-assist with the lower speed setting. On weekends when I want to cruise around for fun, I’ll bump it up or switch to full electric. It moves smoothly and doesn’t jerk when switching speeds, which I was worried about at first. The battery life is solid. I usually just top it off every few days, haven’t run it dead yet. The brakes are responsive and stop quickly, even when I’m going faster downhill. Happy with this bike!

The 500W peak motor delivers great speed (31km/h max), and the 5 pedal-assist levels let me fine-tune my ride depending on the terrain. Amazing! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of this bike! It arrived perfectly in the package and looks fantastic after assembly. Battery of this bike is very good, I ride it almost everyday for about 2 weeks now and I only charged it twice. The only problem I had was it took me a while to figure out how to assemble it, really need to read the instruction carefully. Overall all, I like this electric bike.

Good quality and long lasting battery . I bought for myself to do some long distance trip. One time charge can take me to go more than 30kilos. And if the battery is low, I still can use the basic bicycle to go further. I chose the white color and it’s very pretty. Love it !
