What a perfect little kit! The weeding tools are sharp, the tweezers are nice and pointy for intricate details, they are lightweight but sturdy, and the color is beautiful! They come in their own nice little case that holds everything together too, so I won’t lose them like I did my last weeding tool. Which is the reason that I bought these. I’m so pleasantly surprised by how nice these are! And then I see that they are from a small business in Pennsylvania and I’m even more pleased. Would definitely recommend them! And I’ll buy from them again :)

I read a lot of positive reviews about this product so I purchased the item. The item was damaged when received (likely caused by other heavier packages in the bag - note bag not box). As I was about to contact Bolo via their return/replace option I noticed a Thank You card with contact information that was placed with the item. It stated if I wasn't 100% satisfied to contact via email, so I did. Within minutes of my email I received a response. I shared with them pictures of the container and Phil with customer service was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and offered to ship a replacement that arrived within three days. The replacement was in perfect condition. The tools themselves are easy to use and work better than some of my Cricut tools. I would definitely recommend this product, but was ultimately sold on their customer service. Thank you!

This tool set appears to be of great quality. I was very pleased with it and the case to carry the tools in is a great bonus! I have since ordered another one in a different color for my daughter.
